We so enjoyed our stay at SML and Allison’s beautiful condo made it even more special. Everything was tastefully decorated, with no detail missed!! The kitchen is thoughtfully set up with everything you need to make a meal. The bed was excellent and coming from this very picky sleeper, that’s saying a lot! It was just right for us and the sheets were the softest!! There’s even a phone charger already beside the bed! Just perfect. Morning coffee on the cutely decorated balcony is a must. The view out the sliding door was beautiful!! There’s a nice walking path around the lake front and a small beach with a roped off place for kids to play in the water. There’s a pool too but wasn’t open yet but it was a very nice size. We did the Virginia date lake cruise which we loved. Then afterwards there’s a bar/pub (the beacon) there with live music that was so much fun!! We will definitely be back!!

This condo was even better than we expected. It has what has to be one of the most fabulous views in Virginia. Everything was so well supplied and inviting. The balcony overlooking the lake was so cozy and inviting that we ate all our meals there instead of going out. It is situated right near tha state park which has great walking trails right down to the Lake. The owner was so helpful with all our questions. We live only an hour away so i think we have found our retreat place!

This resort is great. The host Allison was quick to answer any questions,very helpful and kind. The condo is well decoratedamd stocked. She provided so many things in the pantry in addition to coffee sugar and spices. There is an air fryer offered for cooking meals in the lovely kitchen. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed and super soft sheets, Her gift of hospitality shows with the offer of games,books,kid books and a balcony heater for chilly nights. This is a must to rent. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful condo on smith mountain lake. The porch is lovely as is the entire place. The amenities at Mariners makes it so easy to grab dinner at the Landing, use the day slips if you have / rent a boat, great little store/market for all the essentials. Owners were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had plans to go to the Liberty game & decided to make a long weekend of it at SML. We were excited to find this condo! The online pix looked great & it didn't disappoint in person! The unit has great views, is clean, & id well suited for guests! If you're looking to rent a boat, paddleboard, etc, you can do so right there at Mariners Landing. I had a question for the host over the weekend, & she responded immediately. Definitely recommend this unit!

We were looking for a place to crash and relax. It was perfect. The view is spectacular.

Pictures are misleading. Pickleball courts aren't beside the condo, didn't have access to indoor pool because no way in finding it. Pull out sofa HORRIBLE, VERY UNCOMFY.

Geeat place for a small family to stay. Kids ages 10 & 11 absolutely loved it.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lake front condo! The location was perfect - the pool, beach, restaurant, and market were just steps away. The activities planned by the resort for the Independence Celebration were such fun! The pool party with cannon ball challenge, hula competition, and limbo were great fun to watch. We spent one day at the main pool, a couple of days at the beach, and an afternoon at the rec center’s pool. Everything was super clean and family friendly. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend ! The condo was so cute and decorated very nice. Allison was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Nice location on 1st floor. Overlooks the lake for a beautiful view. All the amenities were great. We love Mariners Landing. I will definitely come back to Allison’s condo ! The condo had all the essential things you need which was nice. Towels and linens included. Panty had some essentials. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel in shower. Very thoughtful !

The Condo was spotlessly clean with a great view of the lake. A lot of nearby restaurants were closed during the week.

We loved how at home we felt and cozy! Will definitely be coming again

Very cozy condo with great views; everything need for a comfortable stay is provided. Because this is part of Mariner's Landing there are great amenities too. note to dog owners: the beach allows dogs only at certain hours of the day, but very dog friendly area in general. We hope to stay again!!

Relaxing long weekend, close to Roanoke. Owner Allison communicated well for easy check-in…The Landing Resturant is located below condo though a little pricey we had an excellent meal kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in…
