Quick walk from the beach, was easy to extend our stay. Loved the amenities and location.

We were there for a family reunion. It was a full week of fun and sun!

The property was immaculate and while the property wasn't directly on the beach, it was a very short walk right down the street. There is a restaurant directly across the highway and plenty of other restaurants and groceries within a 20 minute drive. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. The booking and arrival process was as easy as it gets. I give it a five star review. The only complaint is that there was a power cord missing to one of the televisions, but then again who checks for those when cleaning, or is at the beach to watch tv? Wonderful vacation property!

Everything was great other than the dryer. Took a long time to dry clothes. And the grill is in rough shape.

Place was as advertised and the manager was very quick to reply to any question and/or need. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to relax. Short walk over to Mango Marley's for drinks and dinner when you just don't feel like cooking, and only steps from Beach Access. We used it as a launching point to play tacky tourist and visit Port St. Joe, PC, and Apalachicola. It is in a very tight "old school" beach community, so you don't have a lot of space to sprawl out. Yet, we'd go back again!

There is a lot of construction in the Mexico Beach area in general due to Hurricane Michael's destruction. Perhaps the marketing photos could be updated to indicate that there is new construction directly behind the unit. Views of the gulf are still possible but not in the manner depicted on the website. Also, the add indicates a 10:00 checkout. The condo is located in the Central Time Zone. We were notified at 9:15 Central Time that the checkout time is Eastern Time, which makes it a 9:00am Central Time Zone checkout. My suggestion would be to clarify the time zone on the VRBO add. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would recommend the unit to our friends keeping the above referenced info in mind.

The place was great, but construction right in front of the property.

Great location on beachside of the main road which was very nice to not have to cross. Literally walk to the sand in less than two minutes. Nice quiet beach. Loved the use of the stand up paddle board and ocean kayak. Very clean and nicely decorated home.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was my husband, me, and our three teenage daughters. We had a wonderdul week and couldn't have asked for anything better!! We'll definitely be back.

Clean Close to beach

Excellent property with all of the amenities we needed. The house was clean and convenient access to the beach and the little town . We loved it!

This was our first time to Mexico Beach. We loved every minute. Yes, they are rebuilding after Hurricane Michael but things are open and the beach is beautiful. The first few days the water was murky due to seaweed but it cleared up and turned that clear blue that is all over the panhandle. The house was perfect and just as pictured. Everything was new and the location to the beach can’t be beat. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Having beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided was convenient and much appreciated! I would recommend Shore beats work to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was in brand new condition. Comfortable, nicely decorated, well supplied kitchen. All the extra touches were great too - 3 TVs, extra beach chairs, wagon and grill. You are able to see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a very easy walk down to the beach.
