Nice quiet village location. Host was very welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was really tasty & locally sourced.

The room a little small for the size of the bed & kept catching legs & ankles on the bottom corners. However, the bed was really snuggly and comfortable.

Our hostess was excellent, very welcoming and warm. She was not at all intrusive, creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The food is excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this lovely B&B

Sue was so welcoming, her home is beautiful and super clean. The room was lovely, super comfy bed, great shower and had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible, great coffee, lovely granola, yoghurts and fresh fruit pots with a delicious full English too. We were walking part of the Pennine Way so this was a very welcome comfortable stop for the night!

The host was great and very welcoming. The room was very clean, modern but had some lovely home touches. Tea and coffee making facilities were helpful and everything was as expected. Breakfast was varied and lovely and cooked fresh. Would recommend.

Just what we were looking for! Perfect location, incredibly friendly and warm hosts Sue & Alan (and Wilf 🐶). Room very comfortable, clean and got 3 very good nights sleep! Delicious full English breakfast from local suppliers each morning. Thank you to Sue & Alan for making us feel so welcome!

Lovely clean, well equipped B&B in a perfect central location in Middleton in Teesdale. Sue was a lovely host and cooked an amazing breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate in returning.

everything about it was really lovely- so beautifully decorated with little touches like an Amazon Prime stick, chocolates and a good selection of books. there really wasn’t a thing I’d change. great hosts too and a tip top breakfast

Lovely b&b, friendly, amazing breakfast and rooms were clean and cosey!

The owner/hostess was brilliant - very warm and welcoming (and a 4-legged furry friend!!) The whole B&B is complete to a very high standard - honestly it was such an "us" place, very homely - with exceptional views at the back of the property. Everything you needed was there and more - when we arrived, although there were milk portions in the room - I was offered fresh milk for my tea which does make the difference. Room was very, very comfy and came fully supplied with a handy information booklet about the local restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfast was outstanding - all locally sourced produce. Already recommended to friend and we will be back!
