This home is adorable with a great “beach-y” and lake feel! There was plenty of space while still being cozy. My little guy loved the loft area for playing and having a movie night. Kim and Fred had helpful information and were quick in their responses. We’re starting an annual summer tradition of staying in okoboji. This home will be our go-to every summer here in out and we’ll definitely be extending our stay!

Great property with all the essentials you need or forgot to bring. The host was very responsive. We had a larger group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and the home was good for all us. One of the families has a baby and a pack n play fit good in the master closet with the door closed.

Great location and very roomy. Beds were very comfortable and easily accommodated our family. Owners respond quickly to questions.

Great cabin for a family get away. The cabin is outfitted with all that you would need and is clean and spacious. It is within walking distance to the water park, 5 ish min to the amusement park, and 10ish min to the nature center. Close to all the entertainment that this area has to offer. The hosts responded timely to any questions we had prior to our arrival and throughout our stay had no issues that we needed to contact them. We would definitely recommend this cabin.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. The firepit and outdoor furniture were a nice bonus!

Leading up to the vacation I had questions about different amenities not only at the house but in the area and everything was answered quickly and accurately. Then when we arrived the house was super clean, bigger than we expected and very well taken care of. The owners even checked in via text a couple of times to make sure our stay was going well. Since getting back from vacation I have actually recommended this cabin specifically to several different families looking for an easy quiet getaway.

Our family enjoyed this property as it accommodated the needs for our family. Comfortable bedding, comfortable couch and furniture. the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, extra parking spot for a third or fourth vehicle. We have rented other houses at bridges bay/Boji, and this one was the best equipped and the most comfortable seating.

Would definitely recommend. Our family satyed for wedding at Gull point state park. It was easy to get, easy check in. House wa able to accommodate 11people. Would definitely come bac!!

We stayed here with our family of 9. We had plenty of space for all our children and grandchildren. The yard is nice to be able to let the kids play and the short walk to the water park was nice, even for our little people. The hosts Kim and Frank are great! They were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall great property!

Bedrooms & Two Full bathrooms + 1/2 bathroom was Very comfortable & Convenient for the Four Adults that stayed.Location was Good because it was a Short drive to Arnolds Park and Restaurants. Nice Ammenties in Kitchen for Cooking and Gas Grill a plus.

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

We had never used a VRBO before so we didn’t know what to expect. We were highly impressed by this rental and will definitely use it again for our next family trip to Okoboji! We had 7 adults and 3 children and felt comfortable in the cabin. Two of us slept on the couch upstairs. There was also enough towels and pots/pans for a 4 night stay. We appreciated the working dishwasher and coffee pot! It’s close to the dumpsters as well, which saved us a long walk taking out the trash. The hosts were amazing and very responsive! We ran out of propane on the first night and the host reimbursed us and informed us of where to go to get a full propane tank. The only negative we encountered is that the vents in the upstairs bedrooms did not work very well, so it did get toasty at night upstairs. Other then that the place was perfect! It was a much needed family trip and this property helped us to enjoy it together in one place!

We love Bridges Bay and this is our 4th time staying at the resort. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and this unit was the best yet. The 2.5 baths, loft and open lot for kids to play made for a perfect location. We loved having a pool across the street and the water park within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!
