Located a block off of Main (preferred) on Ridge within walking distance of just about everything. It was beautifully remodeled recently. It is a condo but you do not really know you have neighbors. We are cooks and love the ability on vacation. This property's kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Many rentals are not. There aren't a stock of shelf stable spices etc. but that is now the case in most post COVID rentals. Management Company communication was good, easy check-in and check-out.Definitely on our booking repeat listRobin

The walk to the gondola was easy- there and back. (I’m a fifty seven year old and this was easily done in ski boots.) The property is on a slight hill. The views of the mountain and the town (town twinkles at night) are spectacular.

We had a family of three and a family of four with three kids in total share of the house. Kids ages were 12,13 and 14 and they loved the proximity to town, the ability to hang out together in the house and especially the hot tub. Wonderful location walkable to the gondola, although not an easy walk and very easy to walk to town. kitchen and bath are all in very good condition.

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of space for 5 adults and two small children. The home has all the essentials including heated floors, a spa, a large soaking tub, a grill, heated mats on the deck, ski boot warmers, and every kitchen tool imaginable. The upstairs master bedroom and bath are very large and nicely decorated. So many nice amenities in this home.

Our family LOVED Breckenridge and LOVED this condo! The condo was a perfect location / extremely easy walking distance to restaurants, ski equipment rentals, shops, local market and BreckConnect gondola . Condo was cozy and so cute! We loved lazing around in the comfy den by fireplace relaxing and watching movies after skiing. The view from the big window in den was so beautiful of the snow and lights of Main St. The manager was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Will definitely rent this condo again !!!! Ps: the one tiny tiny tiny suggestion ( but NOT to take away any “points” from the condo !) Is to maybe add some throw blankets to the den for those lazing around nights watching movies around the fire :-)

This was an ideal spot for our family gathering. The house is lovely and thoughtfully had everything we needed. We loved the location-minus the dump truck each morning- but that is part of being close to the town center which we love. Thank you to the owner!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. We loved parking in the gondola lot three blocks away to ski all day and then walk to dinner in the evenings. Such a great family spring break trip! We are already talking about coming back.

Stayed at the property in February and loved every minute. The house is very close to dining options, the gondola to peak 8, and pretty anything you could want in Breck. I highly recommend this property for your vacation needs.

We loved staying in this property and visiting Breckenridge! The house is very spacious which was great for our large group. A shovel or snow plow services would have been beneficial during the snowstorm. Overall it was great though!

Plenty of space and a great location for a walk to the gondola or bus, and into town for dinner. Nice updates and well maintained. It was fun being in the historic district and off of a busy street.

We loved the condo. It had lots of little touches that enhanced the stay. Also, it was super roomy and perfect for a family. We liked it so much that we already booked it again in the future.

We only used one room in the house, but perfect for large family or a group. Nice place!
