Good apartment, beautiful location, friendly host.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights. The owner was helpful, and nice. We just talked with him with messages. What I like with this property was the neighborhood. The apartment itself was very old, smelly, and needs lots of updating, except one of the bathroom that was updated. The carpets everywhere in that house were very dirty, and even the floors (tiles) of living room and the small kitchen were broken. The kitchen itself didn’t have enough stuff to cook. What I like, and was helpful during this stay, were all the instructions the owner had written over cabinets off the kitchen and around the house. This were making things easier.

I liked the apartment’s complex, when we first came we met the owner of the whole building complex , he let us in and everything . Overall we got charge 500$ fee for smoking around the neighborhood “weed” supposedly when we had a green card and we purchased in the smoke shops that are public open . The owner of the apartment called us in a rude way saying we were commuting a crime for smoking around the complex he said he was the owner of the building when we explained that we met the owner of the building and didn’t say anything to us because he was walking around the neighborhood. As well we looked at the policy of the building complex and non of it said no smoking outside or around the complex . Over all we didn’t had a good time after the owner of the apartment told us we too high to understand . 0 customer service

Gary was extremely polite, responsive and helpful host. Apartment was perfect, clean and convenient , close to beach and in the heart of city. Definitely will be back

The condo was super clean and nice, the location was great especially if you like to walk to things! There was a lot of construction going on at the property but it was never an issue.

Very convenient location, simply furnished , clean, comfortable and good communication with owner. Also Stocked with the necessities😃

Apartment was very clean and area very quiet. I loved the place.
