This property was more than we expected. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, all the amenties was a plus but the best was the porch. The view from the porch and the proximity to entertainment was a definite plus. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the tours boats, people watching and the activity on Wrigley St. The only thing that is needed at this wonderful rental, is a hand rail on the outside steps. Plan on coming back.

Girls time fun to celebrate a recent retirement after 40 years teaching. We stayed here last year as well. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing!! Early mornings on the veranda sipping coffee and laughing; late nights enjoying the view , the calm , wine and games! Shopping, boating, walking….. so much to see!! Beautiful place that immediately makes you feel pampered and at home! Thank you for another terrific stay!

It was a perfect place to stay at Lake geneva. Just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Walking distance to all the cute stores. I love it when it was too hot outside we can just go back to the place and rest then go back out again when the weather improves. The house was small but our family of 4 fits. It was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfy. I would definitely go back.

Our overall impression of the property is that it was clean and cozy. Also perfectly positioned by the beach. When we drove up we were unsure but when we entered that changed for the better. Thanks will be back again! Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our family of 5 was cozy and comfortable. The deck was so beautiful to spend time on for coffee and wine. We enjoyed reminiscing about past years spent in this home and our times spent in lake Geneva with my dad. Thank you!

Location was perfect for easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Didnt have to pay for parking and view was great from the deck. Beds were comfy, noise from cafe under us was never an issue at all

We enjoy everything about the property except that the beds are terrible. I'm a Chiropractor and those beds are terrible for your spine. Two people on them and you become stuck in the depression in the middle of the bed. Just sayin

We loved our visit to Lake Geneva and this property was the perfect location! There was a problem with the internet but the property manager worked with us and was great, it just took a bit longer than we had hoped. The central location is awesome for getting around and not having to drive, but there is a bit of "urban noise" that we didn't quite expect, especially early in the morning. All in all, we would definitely rent it again.

Great location for a quick getaway. Cozy, convenient and super family friendly! Hit the end of season so just the right combo of busy but quiet. Would definitely come back.

Our family booked this trip as a last minute get away before the school year begins. We were blown away by this property! We could have stayed on the balcony the whole time! The views were exceptional. The place was well-equipped. We so enjoyed the private parking spot (such an asset in DT Lake Geneva) as well as the pass to the private beach across the street. To be within steps of both the beach and all the restaurants was so convenient for us and our little kids. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

The few questions I had were quickly answered. The beds were comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen was fantastic! My family and I are already looking at dates to book this apartment in the near future!

We felt comfortable from the moment we walked through the door and couldn't believe the view. The home was decorated perfectly and extremely relaxing. It was great to park our car in the provided space and walk to everywhere we wanted to go! This apartment was just as described, but we were not completely prepared for the noise due to it being above a restaurant. The apartment was cute, decorated to the nines with a lot of eclectic lake decor. It also had a lot of convenience items that other sterile type rentals do not in my experience - like kitchen gadgets and hand soap. While the restaurant is open every time they open and close the door the apartment shakes. We definitely looked forward to close every day. There is also a distinctive smell from the cooking downstairs. Garbage and delivery trucks woke us up in the early morning despite a lot of white noise and fans. Overall, this was a fun little experience and we loved walking everywhere, but I would probably stay somewhere quieter next time.
