The house was very nice and very clean and the owner was very easy to work with. It was the perfect location as We were able to walk to everything downtown Mystic. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

The location was perfect- just a few steps away from the charming Mystic business district, yet the house was quiet inside.It was nicely outfitted with plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen equipment. The hosts were very thoughtful and responded quickly to phone messages. I can’t think of anything to complain about- my party had a wonderful time!

This fabulous house, a block from downtown Mystic, worked well for our family group of six adults! The house is charming, with lovely art (at least one signed by the owner, if I’m not mistaken), great landscaping, and fresh cut flowers, books, and games. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals, and we also grilled in the backyard. Also nice to walk to many restaurants. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. Also loved the porch! The owners responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal location - steps away from downtown mystics shops, cafe’s restaurants. We walked to the Seaport museum which was a nice ~15min walk through town and across the drawbridge. Kids loved the house toys and “hidden playground” 5 min away.
Property was exactly as described. Clean with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc so didn’t need to bring much.

We stayed in Mystic for Easter weekend. The Pearl is less than five minutes from the heart of town. We walked everywhere, including the Mystic Seaport Museum. The house is clean, tasteful, and comfortable. Anne's communication with us was personal and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

We loved Pearl House. It had everything we needed and the hosts’ thoughtful attention to detail made our stay relaxed and easy. Downtown Mystic was the shortest of walks—we went every day! The house and town were full of charm. Seriously the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Would stay here again with pleasure!

This was the perfect spot for an extended weekend away with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9). The house was the perfect size and more than enough room for us to spread out.
The kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled, making it super easy to find what you needed. There were a ton of toys for the kids to play with, and a huge array of DVD movies.
The house is in a fantastic location - walking distance to historic downtown Mystic. Its a quick drive if you want to venture over to the aquarium and outdoor shops.
The owners were fantastic with communication and provided all the information needed for an easy check in.

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house that is just a few steps away from downtown Mystic. The four bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay during chilly winter nights. We enjoyed walking to Main Street for dinner and shopping, as well as taking a scenic walk along the river. We also took advantage of the vast DVD collection to watch a movie together, and enjoyed playing a card game at the large dining room table. One family member commented repeatedly about how clean the house was. Great time, highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Anne and John’s home. The space was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy! A very short walk into town made the location perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

Recently stayed at Peral House in Mystic to catch up with family and had a great time. The house felt like home and more than enough bedrooms/beds for all 4 couples. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for all our needs. It was a short walk to the main street and all the shops and also around the corner from Mystic Pizza. Not far from the Mystic Seaport museum, Mystic Village Shops and Aquarium.
Can't wait to go back again!

Every thing about our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean when we arrived and had lots of fun things for the kids to play with. It's right around the corner from Main St which was super convenient. There were little notes conveniently placed near everything (like how to use the tv remotes/washing machine/door locks) but the owners were also readily available if we ever needed anything.

Anne and Jon were wonderful hosts! We rented their home for a girls weekend and had such a great time. They’re were plenty of beds, towels and linens. Everything you would want for a weekend away. Not only was their home clean and beautiful, but the best part was it is walking distance to all the restaurants , bars and shops downtown mystic has to offer! We will definitely be back!

Our teens enjoyed the ability to venture out on their own. House is located just a block from Main Street. Our families enjoyed our stay. Loved all the restaurants and shopping. We rented this home for New Years 2023. This house was spot on with the information shared with us. We had a terrific time and the owners were fabulous to work with. The proximity to downtown Mystic is unmatched. Also very close to the Casinos. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay somewhere that is clean and close to everything.
