This property was a nice place overall. There were some things that needed repaired but nothing major or that messed up our stay. We had plenty of room and a great view.

Loved everything about the condo and the Island! Plenty of room for everyone and simply can’t beat the location. Can’t wait to return!

It was the perfect location for me and my wife. The kitchen could use a few more items if you are planning on cooking but that seems to be the case with 80% of the rentals now. I would book it again.

Property was clean. However there was little to no Lakeview! Which is what we were really wanting. Maybe in the fall and winter when the leaves fall off the trees you can see the lake better.

The property was great. Very clean and spacious. We loved the deck area. The only I wasn't prepared for was the day of check-in the debited my account for and additional $150 for a deposit when I called and asked about I was told as long as there were no incidentals it would be refunded in 5-10 days that was definitely unexpected and would have been nice to know before hand.

We had a great stay at holiday island. The place was very clean and welcoming. Close enough to town but far enough away to relax and enjoy the view

Very nice place to get away! Made several trips into Eureka Springs and even spent a day in Branson. Very peaceful place. Loved seeing the deer and mountains. Nice outdoor area as well to chill in the evenings! Great Place!!

This is an absolutely awesome place to stay If you're visiting Eureka Springs but don't want to be in the middle of a crowd all the time. Modern, nice living accommodations, we will be back to this one again.

A group of college friends and I decided to take a trip between semesters and we loved our stay. We loved the openness of the house and it's balconies, it made it easy to hangout inbetween trips to the nearby towns. The kitchen had all the basics and utensils so we only needed to bring essential ingredients, and there was extra pillows, blankets and towels throughout the property which was very nice. Overall a wonderful stay with incredibly helpful hosts.

Very easy to check in and out! The place was so clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! This was a Birthdaycation for my 16 year old daughter. We will definitely be back! My daughter left her jacket and they offered to have it mailed back to us! That is what I call great customer service!

Beautiful, cozy lake house
We had a great time during our stay! The bed was so comfy that I’m searching for the same kind to buy for home. Everything we needed was there - towels, pool noodles, coffee. The host was wonderful and provided great tips for the area. My only caution is that it may not be ideal if you have babies or toddlers. There’s stairs and a balcony on the second floor. Definitely a place we would come back to!!

Great condo on Holiday Island
This loft-style condo was very clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner's coffee blend excellent. It has 2 decks giving great views of the area and the small, but clean propane grill was a nice addition. We had no issues with the condo and highly recommend it. It is about a pleasant 1 hour drive to the Branson, MO area and only 6 miles or so to Eureka Springs.

Great Lakehouse
Nice stay! Outside of a hiccup with the coffee pot - which was very quickly fixed - we had a nice stay at The Big Chill.

This was the perfect getaway! The place was so clean,beautiful, and decorated so nicely. The owner was so sweet and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the lake, Eureka Springs, or even get away to Branson. It is adorably decorated, well furnished, comfortable, clean, and in a great location!

Clean and well organized. Bedroom downstairs with full bath and loft bedroom upstairs with a full bath and futon bed. Trundle bed in living room.
