Our favorite place to stay!

The property owners made it very easy. Everything was convenient. The toys for the kids made it worth it. The small details were very helpful. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you from my to yours.

My family had a great time staying at this beach house. It was clean and modern and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and could walk to the beach. This is our 2nd time staying in a home by the Britt family and we will be back.

Loved the house! My kids especially loved playing cornhole with the set they have at the house. There's a really nice fenced yard. The only drawback for us was that the house sits on a road that serves as an entrance to the beach and on Sunday there were a lot of cars driving up and down the road. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the perfect house.

The house was fairly clean and looked SO CUTE! It was the first time we stayed at a house with soft pillows too (usually the rental homes have bricks to lay on). The house had everything we needed for our stay and more (besides water pressure.... it had none of that)! I felt SO BAD because I forgot to pack the boogie boards for the kids, but they had those too as well as loads of beach toys! They had a big container of cold, clean drinking water and even ice packs for when we go to the beach. The house was just fantastic, and the homeowners worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be renting from them again!

House, golf cart, elevator, filtered water, cold ac, pet friendly, what else could you want?! This place was perfect for our family. The location was great and we'll be staying here again soon!

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and well supplied. Golf cart was a must. Loved the shower downstairs to wash off sand. Two patios were great. One for our teens upstairs and one for us. We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family! The lift & grab bars in the bathrooms made it easy for my 91 yr old mom to be with us. We even took her in the wheelchair on the beach and she got to experience the surf on her feet! There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking, towels to take to the beach and sitting out on the porch was amazing! The sunsets are beautiful💜

There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't already there. The elavator was such a blessing for my husband and dog! Loved how the stairs went straight into the backyard so that our four legged daughter was able to enjoy all levels of this house by herself if she wanted. Location was great for people watching! Had great neighbors as well. Even though the weather was not in our favor, we were able to decompress inside just as well as outside. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday, rented the golf cart (6 seater), so we could go anywhere we wanted to. We are looking forward to renting this place again!

Everything was great. House is very clean and cozy. Furniture and beds we’re comfortable. Only suggestion is more skillets, had to cook in batches and lamps in the living room and bedrooms. There is no pantry space, luckily we used crates and just kept the food lined up on the bench by the window. The lift was a great feature and the golf cart was fun but kinda pricey considering it was parked quite a bit. Probably didn’t need it but it’s hard to gauge that online. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with.

We started our spring break with our annual trip to Surfside, with 5 grandkids and my daughter the elevator lift was an absolute lifesaver!! The house was wonderful, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and cozy living area. We stay in Surfside at least 2 times a year and the water filtration this house has is truly amazing! We could definitely tell the difference from previous stays at other homes! Although you can see the water from the balconies, we decided to give up our waterfront view for the convenience of the elevator and boy are we happy we did!! This house is in a great location walking distance to the Red Snapper Inn (great food) walking distance to the Seahorse Bar & grill (oceanfront dining & great drinks!) Culture coffee is literally across the driveway we tried a new iced coffee everyday! 3-4 minute walk to the beach (probably less if you don’t have 5 little ones lol!) we will definitely stay with the Britt Family again awesome hosts with great communication!

If the weather would have cooperated, this would have been a great vacation. The very last day of our stay, the sun finally decided to shine. Property was tidy and the elevator made access easy for hauling luggage handicapped wife.

Very pleased with the property we stayed in. Clean and kitchen well stocked to cook dinners while staying in for the night. TV’s in each room was really nice since everyone had different things they liked to watch. The elevator was wonderful in helping my elderly parents and also for us taking luggage up and down. The only positive feedback that I have for the property is maybe a lamp by the couch for reading at night.

The house is close to the beaches and restaurants! Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owners was easy, they were very responsive and when we had questions. A couple of small issues were dealt with right away. It was great having a fenced in backyard for our two small dogs. The bed was comfy and it was very convenient to have a master bed and bath on the main floor. Thank you for providing a comfy place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this house in Surfside celebrating my husband’s birthday! We had 8 adults, a toddler and a newborn. The house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded, even being limited on outdoor activities due to it raining a lot during our stay. The elevator was invaluable with our senior dog, as well as making loading and unloading so much easier. We rented the golf cart and I highly recommend spending the extra money for that! I would definitely stay here again!!

Had a very lovely time and enjoyed the roominess of the house. Upstairs was serene for the young adults and the older folks soaked up the quietness downstairs. Furnishings were nice. Young adults noticed a nice steady stream of mosquitos feasting on them and the baby upstairs. Have no idea how those pesky insects are gaining access but beware of them. Bathe in bug repellant if you sleep upstairs. I guess the mosquitos were having a banquet because they did not get us at all downstairs. I was sad for the kids and baby. Overall, great place. The signs in the house need a little modification...for example. Upon entering the Captain's quarters, a sign above says "Welcome Abroad" It needs to say, "Welcome Aboard." Also, above the kitchen window, a sign says "Chief's Mess." It needs to say "Chef's Mess." Just my observations. We walked all our stuff down. You just need a wagon. I enjoyed the walking back and forth. Overall, it's a great place and you will enjoy the accessibility to the beach. We plan on reserving this place again next year when baby turns 2!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Even so, the best part was the integrated disability accommodations. The elevator is big enough for a wheelchair, the master bathroom has a built-in shower seat, adjustable shower head, and multiple grab bars. The whole first floor is even furnished well enough to feel like a home but with enough open space to make moving around in a wheelchair not only possible but convenient. Absolute A-Class establishment. Highly recommended.

Home is beautiful, very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Great 1st time experience!

Our stay here at the beach was awesome from beginning to end. We were a family ranging in ages 3 our daughter’s birthday to, 68 my elderly parents which required handicapped accessibility. Yeah! Elevator! Great with wheelchair and mobility for mom who uses a cane. Walk in shower with ,safety rails. The old ones got to go! Our daughter turning 3 , found everything magical. Loved the waves, sand, seashells and feeding the gulls!!! Good time was had by all! House was immaculate. I would definitely recommend a get away stay at 318 ocean avenue.

This was one of our best VBRO experiences so far! The location to the beach was very convenient especially with the golf cart. The house itself was so well stocked! The host were so quick to get back to me each time I messaged them. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. The house is located right off the main road and walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying here.
