Hosts were fantastic, never had better in the Catskills. Pine Hill is off the beaten track, but so worth it! Can’t speak higher of this property and hosts.

We had a great experience recently staying at this property. Robert was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very close to belleayre for skiing, not even enough time for the car to warm up on the drive. Booking and check in was seamless and the space is very clean with all amenities available and in perfect working order. The pictures are exactly what is experienced when you walk in the door. Thank you Robert for being a wonderful host and hope to have the chance to stay again. Best

What a great property.. So many possibilities when you use this wonderful house as a home base. So close to Belleayre Beach and to the Belleayre Ski Hill. Pine Hill is a " Funky" little town/ village and this home was easy to find and access. Booking and Check in went very well. Host was very responsive before during and after the stay. The property is well represented in the photos. The house reminds me of a Ski Chalet in Vermont or Maine. Just the right size for our small family.. Our almost 3 year old loved playing with the games and toys that happened to be there. Next time we will bring the Dog since its pet friendly and we saw that they provided a dog bed and bowls! The house is stocked with wine, coffee and firewood wood for a small outdoor fire-pit. Both Gas and Charcoal grills are provided.. These hosts thought of everything. Also in the surrounding areas, we found some nice play grounds Flieshmans Park, Roxbury, and Mine Kill State Park. Hopefully next time the Arkville Scenic Train and the Gondola are open but overall a wonderful summer trip to the Catskill Area. Thanks Amy and Rob!
