Best vacation ever due to the beautiful spacious home, nice appliances, neat and tidy rooms, and location to the pool and beach. Perfect for our family. Sitting on the porches while listening to beach music with all the family made great memories.

This place was great. Proximity to the beach and pool were clutch. Communication was super smooth.

Really nice house and location! We would have liked to had tvs in all of the bedrooms instead of just the master bedroom. A larger tv would be nicer in the family room. Porches were great for sitting outside to enjoy the pleasant October weather. Steps into the house were steep, but manageable. Management company was really quick to respond and resolve any issues we had during our stay.

Family Birthday Gathering
The property was very nice and as I mentioned, clean and organized. Overall I would start by saying I would definitely rent this home again. To make it even that much more appealing, I would like to make the following suggestions. The TVs are impossible to use. No instructions and prior tenants have loaded their personal login’s which I won’t do. Just basic networks were unavailable. The toaster in the kitchen is a fire hazard. The only way to ensure that it’s not on is to unplug it so please replace it for your own safety and insurance. After traveling by plane, renting a car and ultimately getting to this location, the last thing I really wanted to do was go out and have to buy trash bags for kitchen cans, toilet paper, Kleenex and essentials that you don’t normally travel with. Only one of the bathrooms actually had a tiny bar of soap and some shampoo samples. Having to buy kitchen towels instead of providing just seems cheap. I brought from home and there were actually 2 in the kitchen. Like they say, it’s all in the details and some attention to the little things would make your rental even better. Thank you

Golf Getaway
We came to Isle of Palms for a golf trip. The house was a perfect location for playing local courses in Wild Dunes and surrounding area. I'd love to come back to the area in the summer to enjoy the pool and other amenities in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at beach music! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, everything we needed was there! We read some of the previous views saying they ran out of things, we had plenty! Thank you!

Bugs & Beds
There was an ant infestation in the kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The listing said that two beds were queen, but they were full beds. This was a primary reason we picked this listing. Finally, I do not believe that the sheets were changed prior to our stay due to the fact that hair was found in 2 of the beds.

Perfect beach getaway!
I was lucky enough to spend 4 nights in Pelican Bay with my husband, two daughters and our dear friends (and their two daughters). We all had a wonderful time in this well appointed house. The beach is just a short walk away (much closer than it appears on the map) and downtown Isle of Palms is a short drive. I couldn't have imagined a better beach house to spend time in - we'll definitely be back!

35 Pelican Reach
The property was a great location with a short walk to the beach & close proximity to golf courses. Everything was awesome except the fact that there were a fairly large amount of bugs/roaches found in the house. It would have also been nice to have a better explanation of what could have been left behind. wWe ended up having a lot of extra stuff that we threw away because we weren't sure if it was suitable to be left for incoming residents

Lovely beach house
Our family stayed at Beach Music for a busy yet relaxing week. Very easy walk to the beach even for our 3 year old grandson. The house is well decorated and its open floor plan is excellent for everyone to be together yet not feel crowded. We loved the way the veranda opened from the great room. The family had fun going into Charleston and exploring the history of the city. Wonderful dining in the city as well as on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Would definitely return.

Great location and beach access. Good location for access to Charleston and surrounding sites. Roku TV is frustrating. Everything worked, well equipped kitchen and clean.Could use some repairs.. windows difficult to open due to malfunction, stove top cracked. Please leave some dishtowels.

Great space and location
We rented because of the multiple bedrooms with big beds! With more adults than kids going it’s hard to find a beach house without 4 rooms of twin beds. Beach Music has it all and was really comfortable.
Layout of the house was spacious with lots of outdoor area too. And the outdoor shower was key after a day in the sand, which is just a short walk across the street.
The rental property communication was clear and responsive with questions... really great experience overall!

Awesome location, house and amenities. Cleaning was rushed and exterminator had to be called during the stay but besides for that great time.

Nice hoise
We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean upon arrival. Nicely decorated. But with 3 small grandkids we were disappointed to discover the pool was not open.

Family Vacation 2019
This was a beautiful home to share with 7 other members of my family for a week. Alissa with Dunes Properties was great at communicating check in instructions prior to our arrival and quickly getting us checked in once we did arrive. From the house to the staff to the location...all met or exceeded expectations.

Wonderful IOP location in Wild Dunes. Comfortable house and close to the beach!
Beach Music was perfect for our family’s first trip to IOP. Easy walk to the beach, steps to the pool. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. Spacious kitchen and dining area was great for meals at home. Plenty of great restaurants close by and with Charleston just a short drive, lots to do and see.

Beautiful Beach Home
Our family of 10; 6 adults & 4 children rented this beach home for a week. It is a lovely home with an updated kitchen and very nice appliances. The gathering space was large enough for all of us. The dining table seats 8 and we added a couple patio chairs. We liked the proximity to the pool and the short walk to the beach. Parking is more than adequate. We had three cars which all fit under the house out of the hot sun. This is one of the nicest beach homes we have rented and would highly recommend it.
