Property was exceptionally clean. Manager was very responsive. Did not use the pool due to it being down for the winter. Proximity to beach paths, restaurants, was awesome.

This home is stunning and has everything you could need! We made loads of memories and will definitely book it again.

Pros: Location is great. A short walk across the road to public beach access, short distance to restaurants and grocery stores A beautiful, spacious home for large groups Clean Nice pool and hot tub set up Cons: Front door lock did not work from outside. Could not enter. Back patio door broken and hard to close and lock. Elevator not easy to use. Could not use it during our visit. Lots of technology, but no instructions on how to use. Need an instruction book so guests don't have to track down host during stay.

To start the communication with Blaire was amazing he was easy to contact and answered our questions right away! When we arrived at the house it was even more beautiful then the pictures! The house was clean and kept in perfect condition. The pool was amazing lots of space on the deck. Each bedroom was more beautiful the next! Each room having its own bathroom was very helpful when getting ready. The views from the master bedroom was gorgeous and the balcony on each level. The kitchen and living room was perfect lots of room for us all to relax and hang out together. I cant wait to come back! This house was the reason behind us having the best weekend trip we ever had!

This house was a show stopper. Our whole group was so excited when we got to the house. Blaire was super responsive and helpful. We had a blast hanging out in the pool, walking to the beach, and playing music through the connected smart speakers. Beautiful property that I would highly recommend for your next trip!

The house was perfect for our family. Clean, bright, and roomy. The kitchen was perfect and was fully stocked with everything we needed for a home cooked meal or a catered meal from a wonderful chef. We had adults and children ranging from 7 mos - 3 years old. The beach access was across the street which made it easy for the family. The pool was also a perfect alternative if we just wanted to enjoy a leisurely day. I highly recommend this beautiful home for any large group. And bonus, our property manager was wonderful and very attentive.

This house is exactly what it looks like in the photos - beautiful. This was hands down the nicest house I've ever stayed in, and the host Blaire is super cool and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here. The pool and hottub are awesome, the bedrooms are all beautiful, the kitchen is amazing and every bedroom has their own huge bathroom. Recommend not leaving your spotify and other accounts logged in on the wall mounted ipad for future guests to see your username and password.

The property was amazing! So comfortable and beautiful for our large group! We had 12 guests (couples and singles) and everyone had their own room. The gathering areas were so comfortable and spacious - everyone could gather and also have their own space. Easy access to the beach for morning and late afternoon enjoyment - pool and hot tub were always occupied!! The property manager was SO RESPONSIVE and amazing! It was a great experience!!!

So beautiful, a steal price wise, and the most perfect place for a short or long vacation. Would love to go back for a month - 4 days was not enough. We wanted to stay at the beach but drive in to Charleston which was easy each day. But - it was hard to want to leave the house. 2nd level pool and hot tub were amazing.

The space was great. Clean, super easy to get to a wonderful beach and very accessible property manager who answered concerns immediately. We were there during a freak cold snap and they went out of their way to make up for a very brief period of time when hot water heater was malfunctioning. A booklet with instructions would have been helpful , as would have been a larger dining table for an 8 BR house. It’s on a very busy street- ok for us, but could be a consideration for those with small kids or wanting a quieter place. IOP is an ideal location near great beach but close to Charleston and Sullivans for great dining.

This is a beautiful property! We recently rented this property for our team retreat. We utilized the open concept great room for our meals and meetings. This property had ample space for each of our team members to have their own room/bathroom and areas for quiet time and decompression. The rooftop deck is perfect for yoga facing the ocean. The pool / hot tub deck is perfect for a luxurious moment of relaxation. The chef's kitchen can accommodate preparation of delicious large meals. The host is friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful, quick getaway and absolutely loved the house! It was clean, beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and hot tub and being able to walk right across the street to the beach. I hope we get to stay here again in the future! It was probably our favorite rental to date! Clean and fresh!! Grandparents and children loved too!

The house is somehow nicer than the pictures. Perfect place for our corporate retreat. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom, luxury house all-around, outdoor area with pool was incredible, beach literally across the street. This house will be tough to beat!

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Isle of Palms. The home was as advertised…maybe even better! Blair was a great property manager. Prompt and reliable and made sure that we knew to call her ANY time with questions or concerns. Our 4-day/3-night stay at this location was nothing short of incredible. The house is absolutely gorgeous - both from the pictures and in-person. The pictures were a very accurate representation for us and walking across the street to the beach was so easy that we did it multiple times per day. The heater on the pool is amazing. We stayed in February 2022 during some high 40- and low 50-degree nights, yet the 12, 13, and 14 year old children staying with us used the pool and hut tub nightly. If anything, the hot tub was too hot for them so they would jump in the pool to cool off before getting back in the hot tub. The property manager was amazing. We texted multiple times throughout the trip as they would remotely control when the hot tub was active. They were highly available and extremely responsive. I never waited more than 30 seconds for a response throughout a wide range of times per day. Two small pieces of feedback would be: 1. A how-to guide for all the electronics would have been helpful. The blinds are all automated via an iPad, as are the speakers located throughout the house. We eventually figured it all out but it took us a bit longer than we had hoped. It seems a one or two page guide could really go a long way. 2. The locks on the doors are all smart locks powered by battery. This is amazing until the batteries run low or drain completely. We had a situation where this happened and we were locked out. We had to contact the property manager in order to open a garage door for us. Nothing major given how responsive the property manager was. We hope to stay at this house again someday. Everyone slept well given the number of king beds and making meals and watching movies was fun given the large kitchen and living room area.

We had a great time in the house with a large kitchen and all bed rooms with master suites and nice bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were nice and used daily by us. It was close to the beach and easily accessible for morning and evening walks .

The house is amazing! I had a problem that my first night was overbooked and I was told while I was traveling to isle of palms… but the property and everything else amazing

The place itself is amazing - spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The only thing missing was the "how to" binder, but otherwise it was fantastic.

Very well furnished for a big group (large refrigerator, two dish washers, plenty of parking), high end finishes (great kitchen equipment, high quality sound system, heated pool and spa, bathroom finishes), great location (three minute walk to an amazing beach), and very responsive host.
