House was clean and as described. Very nice and quaint area. We had went as a request from our kids as their birthdayh trip, and we all had a good time. Place was quite comfortable and cozy. Would come back again.

We were in Tahoe just two nights around new years. The property was perfect for us (my husband, myself, our daughter, and my mother in law). My MIL took the loft and we took the bedroom in the basement which had plenty of room for a pack and play. Everyone had privacy and was comfortable. The location was very convenient to get into town/hiking etc and was very cozy. We'd highly recommend it!

Great location!

We just got back from a three day mid-week stay and could not be happier. To say the property was clean would be a serious understatement--it was spotless. The upstairs sleeping loft had a sleep number bed and both the bride and I slept like rocks. All the comforts of home and the community pool was literally right across the road. Kelly was great to deal with. Can't go wrong with this rental.

The condo was spacious, new, nicely furnished with everything you need. Kelly got back to me in minutes when I had a question. It was a peaceful and great space to rent. J would come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful townhome which was well-equipped. We also enjoyed the community amenities while we were there. Great location to a lot of attractions in the Lake Tahoe area along with convenient shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Convenient location. Parking spot for car was close to entrance. Quiet area. Property is older but well maintained and clean.

The property was very clean and nice— better than the pictures looked even. It was spacious and had the basic amenities. The gas fireplace was a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay again!

This was our first time in using Vrbo and it was the most easiest and convenient way to book this property. The host was quite lovely when she responded to my questions. This condo worked out great for us. The only big let-down was that one of the reasons we rented this condo was the jacuzzi in the description. It turns out that is only in the summer which was a big disappointment.

We enjoyed 3 days of skiing at nearby Mount Rose. Place was just as advertised. Clean, easy check in process. I'd stay here again with the family for sure.

Great place to stay and enjoy some family time! The beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host were a nice suprise.

Our weekend in Kings Beach was ideal in many aspects. Location and proximity to beach top of the list. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed for our needs. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Great host.

Brought friends to Tahoe for the first time. The location was close to the lake (driving distance) and away from all the crowds. Nice pool. Three level so would not work if you can't do stairs.

My cousin and I stayed here with our teenage daughters for several days. It was a perfect setup for us with the 3 levels. It offered privacy to the two parties. You enter in on the ground level to a bedroom/bathroom, then up a flight of stairs to the dining/kitchen area, then up more steps to the open loft with it's own bathroom. For families with elderly parents with mobility issues or infants/toddlers for whom going up and down steps poses a risk, this may not be ideal, but for us it was perfect! Kelli is very responsive, and is quick to answer questions and provide information. The property amenities of the pool, ping pong table by the pool (a fave for our daughters), etc were great. The tennis court is nice, but if you plan to play serious tennis note that it's a funky grid court that is laid down on top of the tennis court - I'm assuming that material weathers better. Still fine for hitting around. The condo had all the things we needed. It's a nice location one mile from King's Beach, which you could walk to, but note that it is one mile down the 'main road/highway of sorts' so not as ideal for a stroll. However, TART offers free pickup and drop off all over the area. Get the app and request some rides. Plan ahead though as sometimes you need to wait for it (think uber - there may be a wait, they may hit traffic - or like ditsy me you may send them the wrong pickup location and get stuck waiting longer). TART is a great way to get to beaches that require you to be there before 8 AM or no parking. Take it to Speedboat Beach. You won't be sorry! It's also very convenient to the Safeway about a mile away. I highly recommend this property.

The property is a cozy condo close to King’s Beach. Communication with the host, Kelly, was prompt and the check in process was easy with a key code sent by email. The condo has two shady patios to relax on. Pay attention to the warnings about not leaving food in your car as we saw two black bears wandering through the parking lot one night!

We had a shirt, but wonderful stay! We were in town celebrating the July 4th weekend with family so we didn’t get a chance to spend too much time at the condo, but will definitely be back. Location was convenient to town/lake. The neighborhood was very quiet so we got good sleep. The condo was clean, very comfortable and had great space for our family of 4 to spread out. My daughter loved having her own space in the loft.

The property was very nice, well furnished, and had a great facility pool area. Communicating with Kelly, the Host, was easy and efficient. She answered our questions prior to arrival and addressed a request we had during our stay quickly and to our satisfaction. The only concern I would express is in the downstairs bathroom, the shower stall made a snapping noise when the heater went on. The noise could be heard in the adjacent bedroom, making it challenging to fall asleep quickly. Otherwise, the property was in great condition and functioned well for us during our stay.

The townhouse offers a good location and convenient separation between the two bedrooms. Basic but well appointed. Would stay there again.

The lovely little things that you could tell had so much thought put into them . Like quality salt and pepper from a grinder. Spices and kitchen wonderfully stocked. Really really nice plates and bowls. Great toilet paper !! Yes it DOES make a difference! The little foot rest in the upstairs bathroom for us ladies that holds your foot and a razor. A keurig AND a regular coffee maker. A sleep number bed !!! The pool was warm and clean. Thank you for putting so much thought into the rental and stocking it with lovely high quality items . The small things DO make a difference!

Spent 5 days here with my family on a ski break. Only 11 min from Northstar. Comfortable rooms and good gathering area as well. Close to lake and store. I'm sure this would be a great place to stay in the summer given the proximity to the lake and the complex amenities which we didn't get to enjoy.
