Melodie has equipped this home with exactly everything we needed to get our family vacation up and running. It was AWESOME. The home was on a quiet street, close to town - couldn’t have been better. Exactly at advertised, just perfect for us. The added goodies on check in were perfect as well. Do you have 6 stars????

We had an absolutely wonderful time! This house was perfect to come back to after a day of hiking and exploring! Great neighborhood! Quiet and comfortable house! The hosts were fantastic! They welcomed us with some drinks and food for our stay! Very welcoming! Highly recommend this house for your Southern Utah adventures!!

This is a convenient option close to national and state parks and many other natural attractions. It is spacious and accurate to the photos. Communication with the host was great and check-in was easy. I do think the cleanliness could be improved. When we arrived, the bathroom sinks were a bit dirty with little hairs and debris. There were also some crumbs and sticky bits in the kitchen. Not horrible, but there is definitely room for improvement. I was also a little bothered that the instructions for checkout ask us to wipe the kitchen and vacuum/sweep all floors when we're paying a cleaning fee. I have never seen a request for the guests to clean in any other vacation rental. And I don't think anyone wants to rely on the cleaning skills of the prior guests. That should all be taken care of by a paid housekeeper between each stay. Another minor gripe is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and would probably not be comfortable for most people. I also don't think the beds are queens -- they seem like full/double size beds. Just FYI. However, I would still stay here again, so I don't want to sound too negative. I just want to offer our honest feedback. Overall, this property met our needs and it was nice to find a pet-friendly place that is in good condition. Thanks to the hosts!

We enjoyed this property as a great home base for our outdoor activities. The drinks and food/snacks in the kitchen was a very nice and welcoming touch, along with games and roku TV in the evenings. Only improvement we'd mention is the mattress in the master was a bit on the firm side.

We had a great stay in Kanab! This was so great with kids for them to have more space and to have a kitchen was so nice!

Our family enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the home. The Host really made us feel welcomed and we appreciated the extras that were provided. The amenities such as the washer/dryer are always a plus. I would definitely recommend this property.

Property is in a good location. Interior was clean and well supplied, Exterior was cluttered with old cars, trucks, boats, and various other machinery.

Clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Surprised by full food, beverages refrigerator and full basket of snacks which were the first time we experienced with vacation rental house. Melodie is an excellent host. The minor problem is air conditioning can not be controlled (just on and off)

We had a wonderful time here. The property was perfect for our trip. Central location to so many sights. And it was wonderful to come back to this house and make our dinners. The host was great as well. She made getting into the property easy, and even called to make sure we were able to get in and settled. She went above and beyond. There was a stocked fridge and freezer as well as snacks and fruit on the counter. We left some things by mistake and she has been a dream helping us get it back east to us. This was one of the best experiences renting a place on vacation. Thank you so much Melodie!

Melodie not only stocked the refrigerator and cabinets with groceries, but provided direction when locating attractions. She was very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

The property is a couple of miles from downtown Kanab, and very easy to get to. The host left some great snacks, which were wonderfully welcomed after a long drive. The rooms were nice, the AC was cold, and everything worked as expected. Great stay, and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. Very close to more things then we had time to see and do, but we did a lot! Excellent for touring Red slot canyons -peek a boo, Zion - you can't miss Zion, its astounding. Climbing the cliffs at Moqie cave to the upper cave was awesome for my 62 y/o self (smoker for many years) and 10 year old healthy grand daughter. Beautiful. Host was most accommodating in so many ways.

This is a very large house for a family of 4 to stay and visit surrounding national parks and attractions. We really enjoyed the stay and the owner is very responsive.

Melodie welcomed us personally and showed us the amenities. The house is up to date, open plan, pretty and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. It was close to Bryce and Zion where we spent the days hiking, and a lovely place to come back to afterwards.
