We recently stayed 4 nights at this lovely property. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need to cook your own meals and enjoy a day at the beach (plenty of chairs and umbrellas). It's within walking distance of the boardwalk and many restaurants, including Nollie's, Stoked, and the Sea Witch. My only advice is to bring one car. Parking was fine for my Rav 4, but larger cars may have problems, and I can't see anything other

This was our second time here. First time great, second time even better. You just cannot beat the location, the sun covered patio, the view and the property. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and staying here is super seamless and spectacular.

Premium spot for a quick family oriented vacation

The condo was fine, it was the parking, it is Not marked where you can and cannot park. The owners in 3A made it a nightmare for us. Constantly harassing us throughout the week, she called me a bitc$ while going up the stairs, calling the owner of our unit and lying to him, therefore getting emails from him, just taking their word as true and not asking us what happened. They harassed us so much, we were going to leave two days early, but convinced my husband to stay. The owner in 3A said that parking has been an issue since August of last year ( she is on the board) . Maybe that’s why they are so frustrated with everyone. We have been coming to Carolina Beach for 37 years, Not Once have we ever been harassed (speaking to other renters about this, they thought they were being ridiculous). The threat of being towed was heard 4 times during our stay. They were getting a tow truck Thursday towing another car. Never again will we stay here. It’s a shame, people go on vacation to relax the people in 3A (who were owners) just took it too far with harassing us ( which I said on our 5th day there) and something should be done to them. I have other numbers, we will be calling about this situation.

We really enjoyed the condo itself. The furniture was nice and modern, vs the dingy outdated furniture we usually find when staying at the beach. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed having two showers, with one also having a bathtub and removable sprayer (perfect for all the sand). The porch was relaxing and spacious. It felt pretty clean upon arrival, but there was definitely some leftover sand on the floors and carpet. We were a little upset that the only tv option was streaming from our personal accounts (Roku tv with channels for Hulu, Netflix, etc., but had to use your own account); luckily, we had someone with us who had Netflix, but would really have been nice for nighttime to have just a regular tv option like Dish, Spectrum, or even streaming that was already set up and logged in. Unfortunately, we probably wouldn’t return here just because of the parking. We were told there would be space for two SUVs, but we could not fit an SUV and a Honda Accord. There was another resident who owned a condo above us who required us to move our vehicles slightly in order to be out of the way for people to fit through walking, but this made our second vehicle stick out and took up so much room. He wasn’t very happy with how we were parked despite us being parked exactly as directed (we even called the owners to confirm). It was incredibly frustrating that there was no room to park, we almost hit something every time we had to pull out, and we had to deal with other condo owners getting upset at us about our parking. Other than the parking, the trip was great. Hate that there isn’t a better parking option here because we truly did love the beach, area, and condo.

This beautiful, classy property is nearby all the attractions! The oceanfront view from the balcony was completely amazing & the hosts were so helpful & friendly! Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for the nights we chose to cook. We especially loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view after spending the day on the beach.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach condo. The view is amazing and very relaxing. We will be returning soon.

Absolutely loved it! Its not everyday we have a beach veiw! Had a beach day everyday!

There was a delay with us getting into the property because of a faulty lock. We were texting with the property manager and after a while I asked for them to call me because the number on the website I didn’t get an answer. Better communication could of helped this situation. I only was able to talk to the manager after contacting VRBO and they called them. I really felt like they acted like it was my fault that their lock wasn’t working. Once we got in the property it was just as described.

Even though the property was good, few things made our stay quiet a bummer. 1) We had to buy our towels and linen and had to fit them back to our luggage to fly back, it was quiet a struggle 2) The property has NO POOL access anymore where the picture was pretty deceiving 3) There was a huge construction going on which completely blocked our beach access and ocean view, which the owner was oblivious about. It made our stay half the worth. Other than those, we manage to enjoy ourselves.

Although the code did not work on the door. The owners responded quickly and reset it. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view was lovely - a couple of spectacular sunrises. One of the nearby units was remodeling so there was a bit of noise but it was after 9 am and stopped in the evening.

The vista was fabulous! We have traveled far and wide through NC, and the view here was truly soothing, as good as any we could recall. Condo was conveniently located within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, and other attractions. Neither television was functional. They should not be listed as amenities. The condo was adequately equipped for our stay, and very clean. A very nice option for a couple looking for a beach stay...

The owners were very responsive and the unit was clean. We appreciated the view and deck with the closeness to the beach. Would def rent again. This unit is good for small families. We didn’t cook at the unit and were gone from breakfast time till after dinner almost everyday, but the kitchen seemed to have everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

We are two single parents now dating that wanted to run away for the weekend! We enjoyed the sunrise from the porch and the easy check in! Cute little beach town, could use some little upgrades but we were very pleased with everything! He fished during high tide and I enjoyed reading on the porch more then anything! Can’t wait to return, might even bring the kids next time…. Might!!

The condo was overall decorated nicely and was a perfect size and location for my family. The beach and balcony were spectacular. However, we wish the condo was cleaner. The kitchen trashcan, cupboards, and sink were pretty grimy; the floors in the entire condo were pretty gritty. The toaster didn't work and the bathroom tub didn't have a way to stop the drain (which we needed for our 1 year old). The floors in the condo needed a better sweep. Make sure to bring your linens. We didn't notice this in the fine print and ended up shelling out extra money to have someone deliver sheets and towels to us on the fly.

Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony and just a short walk to the beach; condo was well decorated; close to restaurants and activities; good for a small group.

Our stay at this property was all that we had hoped. That oceanfront view cannot be beat. Updated decor and new mattresses made us feel right at home. We like to cook some meals with fresh seafood from Blackburn Brothers market, and the unit’s kitchen had everything we needed. Located conveniently near the boardwalk, we were able to walk to live music, oyster bar, and more. Though convenient, it was also very quiet there at night. The beach itself was very clean and not crowded at all. Thank you for a great week, and we hope to return to your lovely beach home again soon.

The property is close enough to walk to everything but also far away enough to be very quiet. The views off the spacious porch are great. We had a wonderful time. I missed the fact that no linens were provided (the listing was 100% correct, this was my fault) so fair warning for future guests to bring hand and shower towels, sheet sets etc.

Overall not bad. We typically go to Ocean Isle so this was a new beach for us. Driving into the town, it looked a little run down and is very densely populated. Could be a result of COVID but lots of empty store fronts. At the property, there is not space to park 2 cars, you have to block storage closets to get both in. When I asked the owners about it, they claimed they have no problem getting an SUV & a car in, were not very nice about it and snapped at us for being in the property 20 min before 4:00 check-in. The code worked so I assumed it was ready. It’s an older property and just didn’t feel clean, shower doors looked bad, refrigerator not very clean, furniture didn’t feel clean. Could be the cleaning crew just didn’t do a good job. Ceiling in the kitchen looked bad . The deck was great tho. The beach itself is nice and the location in front of the condo wasn’t too crowded. The Boardwalk was fun in the evenings and the Sea Witch down the road had good food & bands at night. The biggest issue we had was the air conditioning went out late Thursday and while the owners sent someone out within an hour, it was not fixed until after midnight and the temp in the condo was over 80 degrees. The technician had to come out 3 times. When I tried to update that it didn’t seem fixed after the 1st time he was out, the owners really blew me off and were rude. Continued to be rude and provide little updates until I complained that I had no idea what the tech was doing and then they somewhat changed their tune. Might come back, would rent from someone else.

Easy access to beach and all area restaurants. Nice being able to park under building. Would recommend this unit with a 4-5 star rating!!

The unit is lovely. Cute and comfy decor. Very clean. The balcony was our favorite- we had all of our meals there watching dolphins and listening to the waves. Our family of 5 was a bit cramped in the space, the kitchen is very small, and we used the pull out couch (which is not comfortable .) The living room does not have any curtains or blinds which made for early wake-ups. The unit is in good shape overall except the stove exhaust does not work, and the smoke alarm needs batteries (we only checked because the lack of exhaust meant our bacon smoke filled the apartment.) Overall, we were very comfortable here and would return. Having the beach chairs and storage closet was a nice touch and a 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Great location!

The condo is decorated beautifully and is in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants we ate at. It is Right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, the only thing I noticed is that housekeeping never cleans or sweeps under the beds. Parking is tight and the owner notified us of that before hand. It made it a little more difficult as the one of the other units parking space had a huge suv right in front of where our dedicated parking space was. It’s also nice that public beach access is close by as well to pull your beach buggy out to the ocean. Would rent again.

Excellent property. The view from the deck is amazing! Easy beach access and enough room for everyone to be comfortable sleeping and hanging out! The hosts are awesome and answered all our questions immediately! Definitely recommend. We will be back!
