Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, without lots of traffic. Perfect area to relax and enjoy the view. Fun dining and entertainment just a short drive away.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach and view of the ocean was awesome! The property felt very safe. It was nice that it was located in a gated community. There are a lot of things to do within a short drive of the condo. We had good Italian food at Angelina's Pizzeria e Ristorante. The Navy Seal Museum was very cool. There were so many interactive exhibits, including a helicopter and boats that you could go inside. The Manatee Observation and Education Center was also good. Even though we didn't see any manatees, the rest was well worth the $2 admission fee. If you are willing to drive a bit further, the Elliott Museum has a lot of interesting displays. They have a good car collection, and a car show on Tuesday evenings. It was rained out when we were there, but the museum was still worth the trip. While in the area, we checked out the House of Refuge. It is closed for renovations, but the rocky beach there is fun to explore. The condo had enough supply of paper products to last the week we were there and plenty of towels and dishes to use. We enjoyed having in unit washer and dryer. There were good chairs, an umbrella, and other items to use at the beach. The condo is an older unit and we had a few very minor issues, nothing bad enough to complain to the manager, though. The sliding screen in the master bedroom was broken, there were some broken and missing pieces on the blinds in the living room, and the second bathroom had poor water pressure in the shower. None of these things made a big difference on our trip and the condo was definitely worth the price. We would stay again if in the area.

This was our first time using VRBO so were a little unsure, but overall we found the process very easy to understand and follow. The unit was everything the pictures showed and more. Wonderful view. We could sit on the balcony and watch and hear the Ocean while relaxing or playing cards with our friends. Definitely on our "to do" for future vacation.

The accomodations provided exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and liked that we were just steps from the beach. Hoping to rent the same unit next year. Thanks for letting us use your home.

What an amazing place with an even more beautiful view! We spent many hours on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean as well. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Kids LOVED it as well. Adults: check out the big, main pool. If you have children, check out the smaller pools instead where you won’t have a pool monitor telling you you can’t do anything. Kids will have more fun in the smaller pools with their toys ;) For small kids, make sure you bring their plastic plates and cups or buy paper plates and bowls. Boogie boards and plenty of towels and beach chairs available in your private laundry room. Tv in all rooms. We brought our Roku for the kids to have their shows when we had some down time. Be sure to check out the restaurants… your meals will taste even better with that view! We enjoyed dinner at these island restaurants: Chucks Seafood Restaurant (check out the inlet next to this restaurant for safer swimming than the ocean for smaller kids), Manatee Island Fort Pierce, Dave’s Diner for breakfast, and Hershey Ice Cream Cafe! At Seaway Market and Deli we got most of our groceries and bag of ice. Aldi, Walmart, Publix, etc are across the bridge, about 20 min drive. Also drive to Vero Beach and eat beachside at Mulligans or Ocean Grill! We started coming to Hutchinson Island last year to vacation and meet up with our Florida family. We will be back next year! 5 stars across the board! Perfect stay! The view from all windows was post card worthy! I have 2 daughters (ages 8 and 13) and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway! Kitchen was well equipped. Unit was clean and well decorated. Communication was top notch. I highly recommend! Thanks again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Our stay was fantastic had everything we needed. Ocean was great for swimming and playing in the waves. Pools were perfect. The tiki bar and restaurant at the main pool had great food and drinks. Loved it!

My wife and I spent a week in early April at this condo in Ft. Pierce. The condo had a superb view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch/deck area, and had our cup of morning coffee, as we had a clear and wonderful view of the Atlantic. We have stayed at Ocean Village a few times in the past. All visits went well, however this condo was above and beyond the others. The inside of the condo was furnished very nicely. It is apparent that the owners take a great deal of pride in their condo. They left many supplies that assisted us with our week long stay. That included everything from a wide selection of towels and linens, to beach chairs. In short, the owners made us feel very comfortable and at home in their lovely condo. The complex has 3 pools, and we chose to make use of the one nearest to the condo. It had nice tables, chairs, and lounges and was very well maintained. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and each of the bathrooms had a nice shower. Toward the beginning of our stay, the Property Manager, Bill Senn stopped by to make sure all was going well for us. I believe that Bill resides on site. In closing, it was a wonderful stay and we expect to try and book this condo again in the future. Jim D.

Absolutely Immaculate spacious unit with updated furniture, comfortable beds, every small kitchen appliance imaginable, plenty of dishware and cookware, large sliders to spotless balcony overlooking the ocean. The grounds are gorgeous, and great security. We will definitely consider this property again while on Hutchinson Island!

Decided to book a location on the water because needing to work back in the office is coming up soon I was told. This was great. Work with a view. After work take a walk across the way to the pool or a short walk to Tiki bar and pool. Many activities. The space was great.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at this beachside unit. The place was well-equipped and we were able to cook, clean up after ourselves and just have a very relaxing vacation together.

Excellent location. First time visiting, but we will be back! Great area with lively restaurants and an uncrowded beach.

The unit is spacious and has a beautiful view. Plenty of things to do in the unit. Full size washer and dryer. The manager we very informative and provided all the needed info we needed.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation on Hutchinson Island. The condo was perfect. It had beautiful views, was extremely clean, and had easy access to the beach. There were also lots of great places to eat on the island and closeby. We had a fabulous time and plan to return!

Great views. Nice complex. Off season, so not many folks around. Enjoyed unplugging for a week.

Fabulous location.... Loved the community, the beach, amenities, the lack of people/crowds (perfect for this covid world). The view from the unit was incredible. Watched sunrises every morning. Very special stay. I look forward to returning.

My fiance (now husband!) and I stayed here with my parents who came down from Michigan for our wedding. We were looking to give them a lovely Florida experience during their stay. My husband's parents are local and came to join us for an afternoon or two of fun, as well. The view of the ocean was spectacular from both bedrooms and the living room. The patio was perfect for 4 people with a center table for drinks and snacks if needed. We enjoyed the pools, the tiki bar, and the pickleball courts during our stay. All were clean and well taken care of. We also went to the beach A LOT. Bill was available and so friendly if we had any questions. He was very kind and attentive before, during and after our stay.

Great property in central location

Ocean village was a place on my bucket list. Perfect with everything right in the village. Screen porch was the draw with a perfect ocean front setting. Excellent and will be back for sure next year. Do we have to go home already!!!
