Great location, nice property and owner was very prompt with answering any questions. Loved that the house was stocked with extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper and soaps. Would def stay again.

Over all out stay was very nice, just wish the beds where a little softer.

We had a wonderful time & the house was perfect for our group of 7. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped & the owner was very responsive & helpful when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was, too. We would definitely go back & recommend to others.

Great place and location, couldn’t ask for much more. Dongmei was responsive and a wonderful host. Everything that you could possibly need was provided, even items to entertain kids. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a perfect little get away very clean and close to beach

We had a very positive experience. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, the bathroom/showers were amazing, the layout works well for a big group, and the location was perfect. It is close to the boardwalk, but far enough away that is quiet. Highly recommend!

Please was clean! Loads of beds and bedrooms! Really nice bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen! Extra blankets, towels and all! We would definitely come back to this home again! Host was very responsive!!

Comfortable and safe! Cozy yet so much room! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates from the owner which was unexpected but so appreciated! Afforded us the space and comfort to have a weekend filled with fun and much needed laughter. Would definitely stay here again!

When we got there they left us a bottle of wine and chocolate...how nice! The place was great and just the perfect size for our group. The host was reachable and very attentive. We had an issue with an air conditioner and he ran right out an replaced it a few hours later. Beach was clean. Boardwalk was great, home was immaculate...over-all one of our best stays yet!

We had wonder time here! The house was so nice, location can't be beat! So close to the beach and to the boardwalk. We stayed with small children, and it is very kid friendly and welcomes families, there are kids puzzles and books available. Some of the furniture arrangements are not great for small kids but we moved breakables out of their reach. The only thing that was a big drawback having three kids under 4 was that there is no bathtub, only showers. The kids had a great time taking their first showers... But that wasn't super clear when we were booking. The listing also says there are kids utensils and plates but only saw regular porcelain / glass plates and silverware. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned but the main rooms don't have units so it gets a little hot if you're cooking alot on the first floor. The second floor master doesn't cool down easily either but it got to at least 72 at night time. Overall great rental though and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway!

This home was perfect for our group, very clean, well stocked and short walk to beach/boardwalk. New kitchen and bathrooms a plus. The owners were very responsive throughout the booking process and stay.

Dongmei is a great host. He is very responsive to messages and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We loved that he left towels for our use and wine on the table.

We are very happy with the location, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Peter Li (Dong Mei) is quick to respond for any issues. But couple of issues we faced - There is no centralized AC (so its hot in the living area and kitchen) and Electricity Trips while cooking .

The house is located just minutes from the boardwalk which is exactly what we were looking for. Dongmei was a great host and extremely quick to respond to any questions!

The process of booking was easy and the owner communicated every step of the way and made us feel very welcome. The location was very convenient with a very short walk to beach and boardwalk. House was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Definitely worth the money and will be looking forward to next year.

This house was a great place for my large family. Plenty of beds (2 extra beds in master was perfect for my young kids) and room in the house, all new appliances and furniture. 3 minute walk to Boardwalk/beach - extremely convenient and provides flexibility when traveling with big group. A/c in every room. Washer/dryer available for the beach days! The host was quick to reply and flexible with checkin. /checkout times. We had a great stay!
