It’s a very spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and modern house - much bigger than we expected and generous with furnishings, inclusions & many different spaces (great with teenagers for some down time). It really added to our holiday because we were so relaxed there. I also couldn’t believe that everything we could’ve needed was included - a Nespresso machine with pods, sugar, milk, bbq sauce, hand wash, loo paper, plus every kitchen utensil, pans, nice proper wine glasses, and pretty much everything you could think of. The garage is huge as well. It’s honestly the best holiday house/apartment rental that we’ve ever stayed in.
The Testra tv system was a bit prone to the circle of death. I’d read about this before so just used our laptop & HDMI cable to access Netflix etc. But this was such a minor issue & didn’t bother us in the slightest.

A couple of the bedroom windows weren't able to open. The front door and internal garage door locks were fiddley.

the apartment was amazing it was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for me and my 5 friends and the location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the main town. The staff were so helpful from start to finish, we didn’t know how to work the bbq and owner went out of her way and came round to help. Rob was amazing and was always happy to help when needed. Bedrooms were huge and beds were so comfortable, will definitely be returning when we go back to Yamba.

There was plenty of space and we especially liked the extra bathroom. The apartment was well equiped and it was easy to contact and communicate with the host when necessary.
We were close enough to town to be able to walk in when we wanted to eat out and not have to drive. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of the excellent laundry facilities.
The single bed was a bit squeaky and it took a while to get used to the traffic noise at night. We were unable to turn off the aircon as we think the battery in the remote may have been flat so we had to turn it off at the main switch.
