Well presented air bnb with everything I needed including a great selection of breakfast items, very much appreciated.
Very spacious with a comfortable bed and electric blanket provided, heated lounge and bedroom.
Modern bathroom with toiletries provided.
I arrived in the dark and was pleased to see everything was well lit making self check in a breeze.
Definitely recommend this air bnb!

We loved the setting, great location, peaceful, beautiful decor, private, roomy, great shower and comfy bed. good parking. The hosts stocked up the cupboards with fruit, biscuits, cereals, orange juice, plenty of milk, butter and jam which was really nice of them. Good little kitchenette. Netflix, u tube and freeview TV. Wifi. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The Rise is very spacious, bed is comfortable and breakfast supplies were generous. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment; perfectly clean, comfy bed and lots of space. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. All details had been thought about. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was bang on. Along with choices of coffee tea etc. Found the host very nice and very helpful. Parking was perfect.The apartment was well thought out in decor. And very clean. Outside area very well thought out and spotless. These people have gone the extra mile to make your stay a good one. Would have no hesitation of booking again.Or recommending.Bed very comfortable.

The feel of the space..Nice crisp sheets. Hidden conveniences behind doors. Comfortable lounge. Quiet location that suited us as we were visiting my nephew in ABI. Good choice of breakfast cereal yoghurt fruit fruit juice..It was an extra bonus. Will recommend..We will be back.
The only problem was the parking space..other than that it was excellent.

The location was perfect for us as their is not many places in West Auckland where our family live. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. It really was an apartment and very roomy.

Great place for people with car when visiting West Auckland. Host Arty was super communicating and prompt response.
Very spacious bed room with comfy bed and seating room was lovely with good sized TV ( Netfilx) and fast Wi -Fi.
Seperate entrance to the unit through the deck let us have Privacy. Off street parking galore.
Easy self check-in and out . This was more than what we had expected.
The only thing we didn't like was the brightness in the bathroom. We would rather it had cool white than warm white.

Loved it being self contained, as it was covid at the time and we could isolate as came from Northland to travel. The bed was comfy. Had all the essentials in the kitchenette. Loved the spacious dinning room, come lounge. Great hot showers. Great owners, very kind and thoughtful at this time.
Also quiet and walking distant to shops that sold Bakery food, Takeaways, Supermarket, Chemist and more.
Would definitely come here again, it is time to go home, as we have our animals to take care of.
