This was one of our stops on a water park and amusement part tour. The place is great!
My teens were very happy with it and the location.

The rental was awesome for us. Very spacious and it has a gorgeous modern, industrial look. The location is superb. Right in the Arts district, at the start of the Old City but also close to all of the New City attractions. Just about everything is walkable. There are also two stops for the free City Trolley right down at the end of the street from the building. A+ rental. Had an issue with the code on the front door upon arrival and I called and immediately got assistance and they got me in the rental in no time. Great customer service. A+ experience.

We loved this loft! It was in a perfect location for everything you need. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were easy. The loft was very cute and clean. We have a family of seven and it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and property. Property very nice. Easy , close walking to multiple nice restaurants. Smooth 7 minute drive to UT! Clear , concise management communication.

My college-aged son and I came up to Knoxville from Chattanooga to see my other son who is currently a student at UTK. I was also attending a symposium at the Knoxville Convention Center. We were within walking distance of the convention center and close walking distance from the main street with many restaurants. We were able to each have our own rooms and were very comfortable. We loved the vibe of the loft. Easy access. Easy check-in. Would stay again, for sure!

Overall a great place to stay, well situated and an easy walk to Market Square and Old Town. Great shops and restaurants within just a few yards of the entrance. Clean and quiet building, well equipped.
The only negative is the parking and it is well disclosed in the listing. There was no parking pass at all for the building lot and we parked in a nearby garage which was free on weekends.

The loft was nice. The parking was not so great. It's up the street from the loft and we got the last spot..then we had to run up to the loft and back to the car to hang the tag and same upon checkout.
The 10 am check out is TOO early.
Location is good and the place is HUGE. You could easily bring a queen air mattress to use in the living room

This loft was a great place to reset. The space is clean with loads of natural light in the shared space and cozy, cave-like bedrooms with comfy beds for deep sleep. It’s in walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions in downtown Knoxville without any bothersome noise. Parking is a couple of blocks away, but by no means a long walk. Using the app, entry and exit was easy for all of the guests. Would highly recommend!

This loft was a great place to reset. The space is clean with loads of natural light in the shared space and cozy, cave-like bedrooms with comfy beds for deep sleep. It’s in walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions in downtown Knoxville without any bothersome noise. Parking is a couple of blocks away, but by no means a long walk. Using the app, entry and exit was easy for all of the guests. Would highly recommend!

Upon our arrival at 9pm, we found the loft had not been cleaned from the previous stay. This was unfortunate (especially during a pandemic), but the response I received was most disappointing. When I finally got someone on the phone the only option offered was to cancel and be refunded. I booked months in advance and members of our group drove up to 6 hours only to get in late at night and be told they may have to turn around. I ended up electing to do the laundry and clean myself during our first night. We did receive a partial refund and the loft was cleaned the following day, but in hindsight the response we received to a major issue was very lacking. There seemed to be little interest in problem-solving on the property management’s end. Good hospitality does not seem to be a priority.

This apartment is in a great location. Lots of good places to eat and a lovely neighbourhood. We had some initial teething issues as the Dack app they use did not work for us, but all sorted.
