House was wonderful & well maintained. We would highly recommend this property. Location is great and neighborhood is very nice.

Very comfortable and well equipped for our large family. Really appreciated the fleet of bikes and electric bikes that made getting to the beach easy and fun. Also enjoyed using the Sup-yak to fish, and paddle from the lake to the beach, and exploring the camp Helen state park trails.

Beautiful home close to Inlet Beach! We had 1 teen-ager and several young adults. They loved the E-bikes. Inlet beach had limited parking at the beach access we used. We packed up our truck and dropped off chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Driver would take truck back and use a bike to return. House is less than a 5 minute bike ride. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Loved that we were able to bring our furry family members. Would definitely rent again!

This home is beautiful and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The neighborhood pool is large, attractive and only a short walk from this home. There is also a lake connected to the pool area via a beautiful dock. The home is spacious and has two wonderful settings for watching movies, tv or playing games. In fact, the upstairs loft type family room has a huge, high quality tv with surround sound and cushy leather recliners. To top it off, the garage is filled with e-bikes, e-scooters,and conventional bikes. Our family had a blast riding these adult toys to the beach and local shops/ restaurants. Also , there are nice beach chairs, umbrella , boogie boards, and children toys. There are also a paddle board and inflatable kayak. The outside area in the back has a well maintained hot tub and a very cool outdoor gas fire pit table. One consideration is that the upstairs guest bedroom has a very firm memory foam mattress so keep that in mind but the other beds are very comfortable. One other consideration is that, while it is close to the beach, it is across a busy highway (highway 98).so if you have little children, driving to the beach is your safest option.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Since it was our first time visiting this area we weren’t sure what to expect. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to a great public Inlet beach and also has access to a pool and beautiful lake Powell right behind the neighborhood. The kayak provided was great to take in the lake. The bikes and electric scooters made for an easy trip to nearby Rosemary Beach. We also brought our dogs and we had fun walking around the neighborhood and to the beaches. Highly recommend this property and hope to return!

This was our first time to the 30A beaches. We are so glad we chose Westin Resort to stay. The amenities in the house are all first class. From the welcoming hot tub on the back deck, to the super comfortable beds- we were very pleased and relaxed. The kitchen is perfect for families and has top of the line appliances and cookware. And the 75” surround sound media room was like being at the movies! We were surprised to see we were so close to the most beautiful beach, Inlet Beach and right next to the State Park, Camp Helen, that has a scenic trail along Powell Lake that runs behind the Westin and right out to the beach. Inlet Beach is not developed and the sand dunes and quiet atmosphere make this a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of nature. We loved walking our dog out the trail and even though dogs are not allowed on the beach- it was the next best thing. Inlet beach is right next to Rosemary Beach and Seaside which offer lots of shopping and dining opportunities – so close by that we could take the electric bikes, explore and leave the car behind (which we love) All in all, we fell in love with this area and will be returning to Inlet Beach and for sure the Westin Resort! Thank you for providing such a fantastic home to enjoy this amazing area!
