The location, the cleanliness, the continental breakfast, and the staff were absolutely awesome!!

We could hear the people around us moving, walking, and slamming doors. Also, the “heated pool” was freezing.

The customer service was great. At check in our room had already been assigned and the keys were ready to go. The facility was very clean. It was quiet. The rooms were nice and equipped with coffee machines. The breakfast had a nice variety, including eggs and sausage, and well stocked. Staff was friendly.

Staff was accommodating, esp. the manager. Convenient off I-81 and tons of restaurant choices nearby.

Booking.com was difficult to work with when I needed to make a change to the reservation. I would book directly with the hotel next time!

Breakfast Included hot meals, not just a continental breakfast. Great selection for traveling with children. We had the entire pool room to ourselves. It was clean and very comfortable. I don't imagine having to come near this area again, but if I do I would absolutely stay here again.

There really wasn't much we weren't happy about. It was literally in the center of every thing we could possibly need. A minute away is another quaint historical downtown area.

room was located above lobby area that had outdoor speakers playing music all night. The speakers were located just below windows of the room which had outdoor seating for breakfast overflow.
