Nice modifications on hotel , nice pool restaurant, good was 👍

Location is great. Staff was fantastic.

It is being renovated after experiencing damage due to the hurricane. So no pool and lots of construction.

The breakfast included. this was so poor.

very nasty and unfriendly staff. everything they rational. even the toylet paper you need to ask for. we had a trip to Saona they told us to be ready at 8:30 and the driver showed up at 9:20.

Located in the middle of the town. It's nicely done and the staff is nice.

Breakfast not exciting. Small selection and everyday the same. The beach is far because direct access is blocked by a big resort.

Friendly staff. Flet safe. Room was clean. Very hospitable. The man who helped with bags to room was lovely and so helpful.

We loved our room and Tommy's pizza. It was delicious. Very close to the beach.

very high price compared to what we got. The room in the hotel was basic..took the towels and didnt put a new one so I was left in the shower without a towel!! !. Balcony without furniture at all !. There is a safe but it is closed. There are no water bottles as is customary in the country at such a price. Water in the shower without pressure ...Noisy air conditioner. The small of the cleaners gave me a headache. We asked the receptionist to do a late check out and he told as that we can leave our baggage in one room and do a late check out or put our baggage in a room with security... when we came in the morning to the reception the woman told as that there is no option for a late check out and there is no room with security to leave our baggage there... she said that we need to book a room for another night or leave the baggage in the reception. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ We booked from the hotel the trip to Isla Sauna, when we got to the island it started to rain and there was a lightning storm. we went back to the boat and found that lots of other people who had not been on the boat from the beginning. Because the boat was full of people they didn't let half of our group on the boat... in the end we got on but we stood the whole way back in the rain while other people who were not supposed to be on the boat seat in our place. The boat was full of people more than allowed .. it was a real danger! When we returned completely wet we were told by the receptionist / general manager of the hotel that the shuttle to the hotel would arrive in another 10 minutes but it arrived after 35 minutes .... it was a like a nightmare. all our equipment was destroyed in the rain. When we got to the hotel and told them about the horrible experience we came across a wall. They did not compensate us in any way... we asked to talk with the manager but thay said that he live in Itally and there is not really someone who replace him... really wird...

still a great location, near everything. super convenient. good wifi connection. amazing breakfast, but coffee is slim, why do they never fill the cup?

room on first floor, more noisy with street traffic, terrible water pressure in shower. parking lot is an abandoned lot, full of construction debris. only fits two cars. receptionist was not very nice- made us wait forever to get a key, while he chit chatted with staff member. offered to help other client with luggage upstairs, but never offered us help. walked upstairs to open the room and left us scrambling with our luggage downstairs, not even knowing which direction he headed. not cordial at all, somehow he chooses who to be nice to, and I guess we didn’t make the cut. we also didn’t get a welcome drink like we had the last time we stayed.

new, comfortable room. excellent shower. location walking distance to beach and center of town with restaurants. excellent breakfast, hearty and delicious, great quantities. cordial, helpful staff

not enough towels in room. very small servings of coffee each time.

nice place staying around Bayahibe. One of the few hotel where the people are smiling. Mrs Dayerline was efficient and friendly

Parking is lousy

The breakfast was really good with the very kind waiter. The location was nearby the public Playa Dominicus, crowded with the people.

The furnishing of the room was simple and quite poorly made. If we pointed out a deficiency, they fixed it.
