Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos conosco e principalmente com a minha filha. Todos sempre animados e sorridentes. Destaque para Ana, Jade e Débora ( garçonetes ) e Rosa ( camareira , que fez bichinhos com toalha pra agradar a minha filha). Todos tiveram cuidado e mto carinho com ela.

25m pool closed for our entire stay. Manager reported it would be fixed, after 4 days still closed.

I stayed there in 2 occasions. a 2 day stay and a a longer stay later booked via another website. During both stays there was no room service, nobody cleaned the bins, made beds, changed towels. The check in was a struggle as the staff were only speaking Portuguese so we had to rely on google translate

Staff is very friendly, kudos for Rosa and Will.

Gym is outdated, no fan just air cond, they charge for replacing pool towels and breakfast, although reasonably good, could have a better fruit variety.

The best part of Ecoporan is you don't have to leave. They have everything onsite you could want. Great pools (3), wonderful bar, amazing restaurant, spa, workout room, kids play areas (3), and a game room. My family could easily stay there for 2-3 days before feeling the need to get out and do more. However, since you are in Itacare, I highly suggest....go out. See the beach. Then come back and get a fancy drink by the pool.

Check in process was slow. Scheduling a massage seemed to require more communication between various staff members than normal. However once the bureaucracy was happy, the experiences were great.

It is very charming and well-preserved hotel. Breakfast is really good and the offered amenities are also good.

I was surprised when asked to, voluntarily, pay for a 10% tax referred to the hotel service (which represents 10% on the total paid for the accommodation) during the checkout. I haven't seen it in hotels before.
