Our entire family really enjoyed our stay at the Stockton Beachhouse. The condo was big enough for 6 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of space. It was clean and well maintained. The deck is large and overlooks the ocean. We spent lots of time on the deck from morning to night. The beds were comfortable as was the couches. The pool is great and the kids were in the pool every day. Even though you are on the second floor noise was never an issue. It was quiet in the morning and at night. We will definitely be back next year.

Location was great, balcony patio was really nice way to enjoy the beach. Unit was well equipped and appointed. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were neatly kept.

Excellent experience. Owner very responsive to questions. We plan on staying there next year.

We had an older person with us, with mobility limitations, and each time the elevator stopped working, we called the “emergency number” on our instruction sheet and left a message. We never got a response. Fortunately, the elevator was repaired.

We've stayed at Stockton Beach House Club in various oceanfront units in the past. This unit is as nice as any we've rented. And most of us agreed that the furnishings were better than the others. This was our first time on the second floor and although closer to the pool crowd and its occasional noise, the advantages outweighed that. Being able to walk up just 2 floors and being closer to the beach and the sights were a nice bonus. Raj is very friendly and responsive and obviously takes pride in his place. One minor comment is that the unit that is circled in the VRBO photo is actually the unit above 206. Overall, we recommend this unit.

We enjoyed the condo unit. The location and view were lovely, the furnishings were nice, and our bed was comfortable. There's only basic cable, which was a little bit of a let-down, and we had to buy a bigger baking sheet, but those were the only complaints about the unit itself. The elevator was broken for parts of our stay, which was frustrating, though stairs from the 2nd floor weren't too terrible, and it was fixed before we had to move suitcases. The gutter near the master bedroom leaks too, so a consistent tapping noise was heard on rainy evenings. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

We rented this property for the week of Sept. 1, 2018. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. This second floor condo is right on the beach and very spacious: huge live-in area, 4 bd, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. We were four adults and two kids and had plenty of space. Everything is very clean and in good shape. The owner made sure that you have everything you need for cooking, and also for the beach (chairs, etc). The balcony offers a magnificent view on the beach and the ocean. It has a large table and umbrella so you can eat outside. The building is clean and well-maintained. The owner is a nice gentleman who is always reachable by phone or email if you have questions. I cannot think of a better place for a family holiday on the beach in Wildwood Crest. Bernard/Sharon

First of all, the owners are friendly and we can reach out to them if we need something at any moment, that's very cool! We are from Quebec city in Canada, so it's a long trip for us but I can tell you that it worth it for sure! This place has an amazing view from it's balcony and with the roof top, we can see everything from this balcony. We were eight in this condo, and it's was perfect. We had a lot's of place and it is very luxurious!!! If you want a great condo, a great view and also with one of the best location on the beach...this is what you need to rent! This home is comfortable and roomy enough for all to have their own space. It is wheelchair accessible including a shower chair which was a necessity for us. The owner is great to work with and available when needed. My family had a wonderful vacation!!

The condo is beautiful and spacious, kitchen and dining area well designed. Thanks, Raj for the bottles of wine we enjoyed them both. My family enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners there as we traveled with small children. We never felt "crowded" during our stay. Watched dolphins swim by morning and late afternoon from deck. One day there were about 50 of them swimming and playing in surf. Pool was nice on windy beach days and we all enjoyed hot tub. Bird sanctuary was about 1.5 miles south a nice walk from condo for adults. Storage unit was spacious and beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys were there, save room in car for something else. I used Willdwood Rental for linens and towels, price was reasonable and they pick up and deliver! Bike rentals are a short walk away. Doc and his staff made sure we had pirate flag on our surrey, very important option. Raj is a perfect host and we would stay at Stockton Beach House again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo Aug. 2014. The weather was perfect, the beach is beautiful, the boardwalk is fun, Wildwood Crest is the place to be. Our entire family had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year to do it all over again. We sat together on the balcony every night to enjoy dinner with a glass of wine or a beer, watching the people enjoying the beach and listening to the ocean, spectacular! This condo has everything you need to make your vacation a time to remember. Thank you Raj and Sharda for the treats, a very nice touch!!!!

I have stayed at quite a few places at the Stockton Beach House but none have compared to Raj and Sharda’s home. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome. Our hosts provided nuts, wonderful cookies and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Raj and Sharda have exquisite taste in decorating. All of the colors in the house are light, airy and soothing. The place is spotless and all of the living spaces are very roomy. The first sight that you see when you enter their home is the ocean in the distance. It takes your breath away. During the week we saw whales passing by and pods of dolphins jumping in and out of the water. It was a spectacular week and the weather was perfect. It was just what my family needed. I have never had such a wonderful time at the shore as I had staying at their home. My entire family concurs. We can’t wait to go again.

We had an amazing time! The condo was spacious and beautiful. The views of the beach and ocean are gorgeous! You can see the views of the beach from throughout the condo. The condo is right on the beach. Step right out onto the beach! Hoping we can come back again!

Vacationing at the Stockton was perfect! Pictures simply cannot do it justice. Both the condo and the location are gorgeous. And Raj and his lovely wife have thought of everything to make a beach vacation both beautiful and super comfy --- from large, cushy sofas and dining chairs perfect for gathering the family, to the beach caddy, chairs, and umbrella in the storage locker. TVs in each of the bedrooms also enabled our three generations cozy private space to relax. We especially loved the kitchen which was a pleasure to work in. Fresh seafood and the Acme are just minutes away. Rather than going to restaurants, we preferred to cook together at home, relax, and enjoy the view and time together. It doesn’t get any better than this! The washer and dryer next to the kitchen made the end of beach days super easy. Our older kids could come and go as they pleased. Bike path to the boardwalk is just a few blocks away. And as it turned out, the Beach Patrol Headquarters is right around the corner to borrow a beach wheelchair for walks on the beach with elderly parents. The swimming pool and hot tub were also favorites on this trip. Be sure not to miss the panoramic view from the roof at sunset. We’ve been to the beach many many times, but this condo is the best of each place we’ve stayed all rolled into one. We loved it and made wonderful new memories. Raj was very, very nice to work with and answered all of my questions and made the process of renting through VRBO very easy and comfortable. Can’t recommend more highly.

This was THE MOST enjoyable vacation spot hands down! From our first day :) to the last :(, this condo was everything we needed and MORE! Our TWO families (8) had more than enough room to stay without being in each other's space...Comfy bedrooms, roomy gathering areas, and a balcony with a breathtaking view! We were most impressed with the spotless condition into which we arrived and how every item of furniture, appliance and fixture was top of the line! This is an absolute gem! I am only one of four adults who were absolutely pleased with our Stockton stay! Can't wait to book this for next year!

All I can say is WOW! The pictures did not do it justice. This condo was not only beautiful, but immaculate, well equipped, convenient -- the perfect place to stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and are looking forward to renting again next year. The owner thought of every detail and was readuly available to speak to at any time.
