The property was lovely and perfect for our needs! We are recent empty nesters who came to town for a wedding. Our young adult children were all able join us for a few days of family time. The house was perfect for our needs. The game room, grill, and location were just wonderful.

This was a great location and the 3 living spaces was perfect for our family get together. Everything was very well stocked. Will use this rental again

For a group of 10 Christian women on a retreat the house was great - we even managed two bathrooms just fine. The grounds were beautiful and a sidewalk offered an opportunity to walk the tree lined Scenic highway. The downtown was close and easy to drive to. Restaurants had great food and stores with lots of beautiful items. The house offered a sizable kitchen. It was equipped with lots of extras: espresso machine, Berkey Water Filter, and spices. There were TVs in every room, and plenty of beautiful and spacious sitting areas and large game room. We would definitely return to this property.

We loved the home and location, and we would definitely stay again! The property is well maintained and had great information for "out-of-towners." We got to walk along the bay, visit the town, and Gulf Shores is only 50 minutes away. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Scenic House! We had a group of 9 people - 2 families with some adult children and teens. The game room was perfect for the young people and all the living space was plentiful. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the porch and the fenced-in yard. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely the most well put together home, perfectly appointed, and comfortable place I have ever stayed. Location was stellar! My family was so happy there, there was something for everyone. I will definitely be going back!

There was a lot of space to spread out and handle a large group. The backyard area was great, fire pit location was a huge hit. The game room was perfect for the younger kids to play and hangout and there is lots of seating indoors and outdoors for everyone else. The only thing to be aware of is there is no live TV, just streaming apps for movies/shows but if you’re looking to watch a live game or event plan to have your own streaming login to use. Overall we highly recommend, especially if you’re hosting a big group.

My family and I stayed for 18 days while our house was being reconstructed due to a plumbing issue. The Scenic House was roomy and quite comfortable. Loved having coffee on the back porch while listening to the owls. Hard to beat the glimpse of a gorgeous sunset while relaxing on the front porch after a long day.

There were no signs of bugs anywhere, which is no small feat considering all of the wonderful outdoor areas the property offers. There were so many things the property owners thought of that made the stay so much nicer, such as the water purification system in the kitchen, as well as the espresso maker. Everyone especially loved the game room and fire pit. The location is wonderful, too. I can't say enough! The only negative thing we encountered was the tv streaming service. We had some issues logging in, but it didn't cause enough problems to ask the manager. If we had asked, I know it would have been quickly rectified. We were too busy enjoying everything else! We would definitely stay again!

We evacuated due to Ida Storm. This was the perfect home to spread out and also have some fun. We loved all the activities provided for the family.

We had 3 generations that stayed at The Scenic House with spill-over for an extended family gathering. Your home fit our needs perfectly, from the oldest (73) to the youngest (9-months)! Well equipped for cooking and lots of space for all. Very clean property. Thank you!

Awesome house that was obviously just remodeled. Extra amenities in all areas, kitchen, bath areas, beautiful furniture and vintage rugs, teal paintings, ping pong table, poker table, fenced in backyard, and on and on. Great location to the public beach, infamous Fairhope shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay even though it was during a tropical storm. There was plenty to do at the house and in the area or within a short drive. The house was very accommodating and well stocked with everything from dishes and towels to games and firewood.

Renting this house was A+ service. The owner and her staff were very good and communicated well.. We had an accident on the property and they responded and handled the issue fast (be careful on gazebo/boards are faulty..thankfully our person wasn't severely injured). This house was very spacious and it didn't seem like a mad house for a group of 17. Only downfall was not being able to make smores due to the fire ban for that area during the summer months. I still cannot believe how nice this home was for the area..the pictures do not give this home justice because it was very nice and clean. The room in the closet seemed strange on picture, but think of it as a coaches room to watch over the players...haha (LOVE IT!!!)

Property convenient for driving into Fairhope and other local areas like OWA in Foley. Flat screen TVs in nearly every room. Took a while to figure out how to watch something, but we did. Kitchen well equipped. Interesting layout of beds and baths but it worked for us. Wish the food left in refrigerator from previous tenants had been thrown out as it was past expiration date and left an odor. Would stay there again.
