House exceeded expectations: immaculate, adorably decorated, furnished beautifully, and filled with necessities and an abundance of amenities. Conveniently located between Key Largo and Key West! Crystal was so accommodating and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. My family had planned on bringing our doggy but unfortunately she passed away before our trip; Crystal left us flowers on the porch to offer her condolences; so kind, completely unexpected, and thoughtful. Definitely recommend this rental!

This was such a memorable family vacation for us! We saw manatees off the dock and while swimming at Sombrero beach. Our kids loved the pool, kayaking, fishing and being up close with crabs and lizards. The house was perfect for us and is very well kept!! I highly recommend this vacation home!

Perfect for days on the boat followed by days at the pool

House is great and was perfect for our two families and little ones! Previous tenants did not treat the pool well, but they had it all fixed and working again by the first night we were there!

My family spent a week in marathon and were very happy with the property. It had every amenity we were looking for, it was very clean and well taken care of. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance from Publix and a quick drive to sombrero beach.

Was very pleased by all the amenities. Great outdoor seating area. Plenty of TVs. Coolers and other items for the beach and pool. We lacked for nothing in terms of amenities. We’d definitely come back again and recommend to our friends. Thank you for a great week of fun in the sun.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is immaculate and decorated for a true keys experience. Stocked with everything and CLEAN. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, but back yard is very private at end of canal. Crystal is WONDERFUL. She is attentive to every need, and fast acting. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was extraordinary. I would HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental to everyone.

Entire family really enjoyed our stay in Marathon Key. Beautiful location with easy access to all of the necessities. Home was clean, cozy, spacious. My family and I stayed at this property for one week and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities of home (there was even a pack ‘n play for the baby, which was a nice surprise); it’s a well maintained, clean property. The pool was a daily favorite. The outdoor space/decor was fun and inviting. Loved having easy access to the water to go boating. Neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. Sombrero Beach is super close (about 1.5 or so miles straight down the road—very nice early morning run!), and the grocery store and bank were within easy walking distance. This was a great location in the middle Keys—easy to get to Key West and other points of interest from a convenient central location. All in all, we loved the home and it’s conveniences, and would stay here again.

Had a great break from reality and enjoyed our stay before our daughter goes off to college. Loved the closeness to the beach. Loved see in manatees by the dock. The pool was a great place to sit and unwind at the end of the day.

A wonderful place! Quiet on a canal which leads to the ocean. Boat dock with paddle boards. Nice pool and extras around the pool and patio. A great place for a family or two small families to experience Island Time in the clear waters of the FL Keys.

I can’t say enough about Keepin it Reel. The location, amenities and comfort if the home are amazing. Being able to spend the days out sightseeing and coming home to relax in the pool. This house has everything you need....paddle boards, bike and helmets, fishing poles and even pool toys! We will definitely rebook Keepin it Reel.

This house has absolutely everything you will need to have a fabulous family vacation! The description of all their amenities is 100% accurate! The inside decor definitely makes you feel like you’re on a relaxing vacation. Owners are very responsive to your needs/questions. Only negative was the 25 minute “no wake” boat ride through the canal to open water. Overall my family of 9 just LOVED this house...we did not want to leave...but memories for a lifetime 💕�

Four generations of my family were together on vacation for the first time. The house was great, the kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock at the canal. A great bonus was that a mother and baby manatee came up one night and we all got to see them and feed them. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and pool toys. Had a great week!

This property is a great place to stay in Marathon. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was refreshing, and all of the outdoor amenities were perfect. Once you arrive there is no reason to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation.

The property is beautiful and perfect! The house was clean and we had more than enough room for our whole party! The beds were comfortable, the pool and outside patio area was perfect, there were plenty of beach towels, the outside speakers were great and we were so close to the beach! Our whole group said they can’t wait to come back!

Wow. 'Keepin' It Reel' far exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate (inside and out), decore was perfect for the Keys and the amenities (unexpected extras) made our stay most pleasurable. We enjoyed everything: the pool, outdoor music, grilling, watching the NFL playoffs poolside....the list goes on. And, of course, we enjoyed the best beach in Marathon just down the street (try to get there early to mid morning). Marathon is perfectly situated in the middle of the Keys making trips to Key West, Islamorada or any of the Keys such a breeze (no pun intended). Then again, 'staying put' in Marathon is just as enjoyable. Our only regret......we didn't stay longer!

We had a wonderful time on our family Christmas trip, the house was beautiful. Very good location, the paddle boards and kayak were great, pool was beautiful (sadly the pool heater was not working but there were so many other things to do we stayed busy the whole time. ) We will definitely be back soon 😁

The house is amazing! It had everything we needed and more from beach towels to an ice maker downstairs. Just need to bring your clothes. The bikes and paddle boards were a nice bonus. We can’t wait to return.
