parking is tight

We arrived to the Palm Motel to find it closed for the season. There were no available rooms anywhere on the strip so finally after an hour of looking & calling for a room we found one 9 miles away from the strip. We were very unhappy. I recommend you guys pay attention to your reservation book

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke

Dated but clean great location for walking around town for entertainment and food

very small room especially the bathroom could use a little upgrade but I don’t see how without adding in to the building itself or combining rooms !

the 1 mix up was somehow with Booking .com,..i guess how it was processed the payment; i had to repay for my room,..but it got taken care of...thank you,..was alittle frustrated & upset. thank you.

Not much of anything

No internet, no hot water unless you turned on faucet for 5-7 minutes, dirty bathroom floor, cobwebs upon arrival.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean.

They only had a shower no bathtub. My youngest isn't big on taking showers.

Clean rooms & comfortable bed. Excellent location.

This Motel has a very nice location. Close enough to the strip that you can walk yet far enough away that you have privacy.

One of the reasons I booked this Motel is because of the heated pool. The three days that I spent there the pool was never warm. Several other guests including myself had complained at different times. We were told that it was turned up as far as it would go. But it did not feel like there was any heat at all.

This place isn’t fancy. It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was a good location to walk the strip. My bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great!! Nice little pool to relax by if you wanted to.

I had no issues

The Palms is like a piece of history. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect and the staff are wonderful. We all agreed that this was one of the best vacations of our lives.

An ice machine would have been great, but not having one won’t stop me from going back!

Bigger bathroom

Location was excellent - you can walk to everything on the strip. Staff very helpful. Nice pool. Rooms were remodeled from what I read and they were nice. Comfy bed.

Bathroom extremely small (cant do anything about that) - but have to run water 3 to 5 mins to get warm water. Also could not get TV to work - we were only in the room for to sleep so not a big deal.

The pool and the bed and pillows were very comfortable!

The bathroom screen was not locked and little bugs got in the bathroom.

Size of room was nice.

The bathroom was way too small. Also didn't get our room cleaned so asked for clean towels and they were never delivered. Also some kind of critter was running in the walls and ceiling on our first night.

The staff was nice. The pool was nice to have. The location is solid. Parking was easy. And good spot to watch fireworks on the 4th

The floors especially in the bathroom were dirty. The bathrooms were really small. The internet didn’t work. At all in our room. No discount or refund was offered. I really wouldn’t have booked here had I known the wifi wouldn’t have worked.

The location was great, just a short walk to everything. The room was clean . The parking was good. Easy access to our room.

The room had a bad smell. You could not get on the Wi-Fi unless you went outside of the room.
