Very nice house that worked well for our 3 generation group. We enjoyed the pool and the closeness of the beach.

accomodations were very nice, with all amenties you would use and lots more, repairs in the area still from ida are still happening and a long way from done. being very supporting for this was a main reason i wanted my family to see and feel people who were in the middle of this, congrats to this property owner and to the fort myers beach people for staying strong, so glad we came.

We stayed in this house over Christmas this year and couldn’t be happier! The house is stocked with anything you may need, beds were amazing, pool was amazing, and the location being so close to the beach and Times Square can’t be beat! Great communication from our hosts, we would love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

The property was close to the beach. The outside porch by the pool was super convenient for games, dinners, and fun. The pool was nice. The beds were amazing. And having the apartment downstairs was nice to have the fridge, full bathroom and extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the place accommodated us on so many things. They thought of everything!

We had a great stay! It was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had on a rental. The pool was great and we spent most mornings on the back deck! Great place!!

Amazing place to stay close to the beach and still love being at fort myers even with the rebuilding. We will always recommend this place in the future.

It was a very nice house and close to the beach… We had everything we needed for a beach vacation… There were nine of us in the pool such an amazing bonus for kids and a lot of time there

There is LITERALLY nothing missing from this vacation home! Everything is ideal, from the location, to the furniture placement. My family and I cannot complain. We appreciate everything Mr. Thomas and his family did to accommodate our stay. Very very grateful. Thank you!!!!

Our family loved the pool! Great location. House was stocked with everything we needed. Having a grill was a huge plus. Would highly recommend.

We Arrived to a clean put together home. Had anything you could think of for the pool and beach. Even wagons to pull down to the beach that was walking distance. Kitchen had lots of paper plates and regular plates. We did run out of toilet paper but it was no biggie to go pick some up from the store. We did have problems getting a response from the host. It would take hours or sometimes more than 24 hrs to get in touch. I messaged the host months before when half our crew couldn’t come. I was still able to get a refund at this point but didn’t want one. I had to pay $150 extra for an air mattress I never used or found. They did have a pack n play and a strap to chair highchair for child which would have been nice to know because I traveled with all of this. So maybe this will help someone else knowing this. They are missing the outside shower that they listed in the description but we figured that out after the first day at the beach. It was a roomy house for the 5 of us.

I've stayed in several vacation rentals over the years and this is one of the best! Great layout for a large family gathering. Best stocked kitchen in a rental, hands-down. The location is legitimately a short walk to the beach, with an access from the same street. Close to grocery stores and a large variety of restaurants. Everything on the property worked as it was supposed to, no issues at all. If we come back to the area, we'll use this property again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this house other than having to deal with workers in the back yard building the pool that was supposed to be done 3 months before our stay. The back yard was also not usable due to the nature of the construction and proximity of the under construction pool to the house. We did get a small discount since the pool was not ready. (this was the reason we chose this house - a pool was a "must have" for the kids - very disappointing) When the pool and landscape are complete, this will be a very nice property. I hope they put up trees to block the unsightly building in the back yard on other side of fence. The only down side to the house is having to go outside and use stairs to get to apartment on bottom (which was a bit musty).

Construction on property that was not divulged in pics or property write up. Only disclosed in welcome letter 48 hrs prior to checkin. Unable to use backyard ( which we paid a pet fee for and planned on using). Tropical came thru day before arrival and left all of back yard flooded ( pool under construction filled w/ green/brown smelly water) right up to sliding glass doors of bottom apt. Outside patio under water... unable to use grill, outdoor shower, living space or gain entrance into main house from the back intended stairs. Had to go thru garage and walk around front of house to enter main quarters. Left many phone calls for owners and manager and didn't receive a call back til over 24hrs later and I had to keep calling them. Throughout the rest of our stay they were difficult to reach/ didn't return calls. I sent pics and videos of all the issues. As the water dried up the (sand/dirt ) it was incredible smelly. So much so that we couldn't sit outside on the upper deck. Without having a conversation w/ us ( the renters) they sent pool people the work on leveling out the yard which meant bulldozers. They also had a cement company come which cut patio cement blowing cement dust all over. Cushions were covered in dust. The noise was unbearable!!Thank goodness the weather was beautiful nd we were able to escape cause if we had to actually stay at this place besides sleeping it would have been unbearable!! We asked for a partial refund d/t all the issues listed above... they came back thru a message ( not a phone call) that they were willing to refund our pet fee and that was all!! The ownersnever ret'd a phone... never spoke w/ them. They went thru their son ( manager) who would call you back when he felt like it... no urgency!! Trying to save another family from going thru what we went thru! Made a complaint thru VRBO and they said the best they could do would be to contact the owners on our behalf and request a partial refund but it would ultimatelybe up to the owners to do the right thing!! Guess what?? They wouldn't do the right thing so hence comes this scathing review of our stay at their property! Save yourself from renting this property!!!!!!!!! Don't do it!!

This house was fantastic and I will return for another stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars to property was because of construction pipes that we needed to climb over but the finished product will ge beautiful.

It’s obvious the owners care about their guests and want to make their stay perfect! 3 king beds and 1 queen are super comfortable. 3 large bathrooms and the one toilet and sink in the main floor king room is perfect. We loved hanging out on the porch off the kitchen on the outdoor couch and chairs. This house backs up to the backside of a business complex which is nice and quiet at night. Very close to town, beach and many restaurants. There is a discount liquor store and a barber/hairdresser in the business complex next door as well as Mr Tequila, a delicious Mexican restaurant. My husband went for a haircut ($21) and loved it! There is a pond by barber shop full of fish and turtles. We took over some bread and had a blast feeding them. This street has many rentals and they are all kept up nicely around this property. The kitchen has everything nicely organized and has many small appliances. We used the blender every day to make breakfast smoothies and it worked great. Appliances are new and good quality. The house is very big and our group of 5 had tons of room! The lower level room can only be accessed by going outside and it’s practically sound proof down there. Washer and dryer on lower level are huge and could wash a comforter. This house is ideal for a large group. Beautiful hand painted murals on a couple walls. We could have easily stayed for a month! Thank you Thomas family for sharing this gem!

This property is actually better than advertised, and the Owners definitely deserve their Premier Host status. They have everything here you might need and probably a few things you hadn't even thought about. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and located right where you want to stay in Fort Myers Beach. You won't regret staying here.

This rental is close to everything! The beach is right down the road! The house is spacious and had just about everything you could need in the kitchen (only thing I didn't see that we would have used was a 1/2 gal. pitcher). Filtered water in the kitchen for refilling your water bottles. :) The beds are all very comfortable! The owners are great people and very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this house to friends and family! Thank you for helping make our vacation great! NOTE- The basement apartment is NOT accessible from the other parts of the house. You must go outside and down stairs to get there. Just thought this may be useful to other renters who have several children. :)
