Great house that was very close to beach. Easy to communicate with Steph who was always available. Lots of beach chairs and beach towels on property. Only issue was not enough comfortable chairs in the main den for a family of 8 adults. We would definitely rent again.

This home was perfect for our family of five,with extra beds to spare. Plenty of space, open and bright and stocked with so many things, like spices, beach chairs and toys, etc, to make you feel like you’re staying at a friends house. Fabulous location- Easy walk to the beach out the back. Stephanie the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Kiawah.

Exemplary management and responsiveness from the owner, house impeccable. Hot water and a/c perfect. Most household necessities furnished. Kiawah is unusually beautiful-we hadn’t visited since 1985! - and bicycling is a major activity. We do advise walking or cycling to an adjacent boardwalk rather than the one nearest the house, to have more space on the beach. Many thanks to Stephanie for a fantastic vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is absolutely beautiful, perfect for both adults and children. The neighborhood is quiet and the accesses to both the beach and biking trails could not be better. Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful. We hope to return in future years.

Perfect Kiawah getaway for our family vacation!!

The home was great. It was 5 guys on a golf trip and we didn't spend much time in the house, but it was quiet - clean - and had everything we needed.

I stayed here with 5 other friends for the Kiawah Island race. All of us loved the house. The owner was very friendly and communicative. The house was clean, well-located, and amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed. I would have no problem recommending this property to friends.

This is where we fell in love with Kiawah. We loved this house so much! We had 5 adults and 2 young children and needed a house that would accommodate both old and young guests - this fit the bill (downstairs bedrooms, quick walk to the beach, kids beach toys, spacious living room, etc.)! The house is on a beautiful street and is steps from the boardwalk that takes you right to the beach. It was great not having to lug our beach gear far and we could easily pop back in throughout the day or pop out for sunset walks. It's also next to the bike/walking path, but you have so much privacy with the surrounding yard and trees. We were happy to find the home well-equipped and stocked with necessities like soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc. We cooked at home often and found everything we needed. The beds, linens, and furniture were comfortable. The back patio and screened-in porch were great additions. Communication with the host was wonderful, too. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. As other reviews mention, the house is literally steps from the boardwalk and you are on the beach in no time. The house is terrific — we loved the screened in porch, kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor shower was great, and we loved the big windows and the beautiful light. The beds are very comfortable and everyone slept well. I also cannot say enough good things about Steph. She is the kindest and most responsive host I’ve ever worked with and she went above and beyond to make our stay great. Looking forward to returning!

Great house house with a 30 second walk to the beach! Lots of privacy and room for a large family with 5 bedrooms.

The house was in a great location, so easy to get to beach. The owners were so easy to work with. We took took friends and everyone had a blast. The house is so well stocked of the small things and linens. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed a lovely week-long beach vacation at this beautiful home. Having had the opportunity over the years to stay at many rental properties on Kiawah Island (and around the country as well), I am pleased to share with anyone considering this property that it is truly outstanding. The home is beautiful, well cared for, smells fresh and clean, spacious, surprisingly close to the ocean, and very well-appointed with everything one needs for a beach vacation. The home owner was very kind, responsive, and highly flexible around our requests. Kiawah Island is our all-time favorite beach locale for a family vacation. We enjoy renting bikes and biking for hours daily on the many miles of (shaded) bike paths and especially on the beach, which is allowed and encouraged. It's an especially unique experience to bike to either end of the island during low tide! This beautiful beach vacation rental allows for very close access to the beach to hop right on and ride off into the ocean breeze. In case you can't tell, I can't recommend this beach property enough. Enjoy!

Very nice, airy beach house in a great location. We visited for spring break week with our 5 kids (ages 1 -10) and were very comfortable the whole time. Beach access is easy and safe - about a 100 yd walk on a dedicated boardwalk - so it's a perfect setup for kids. The interior is roomy and light-filled and the decks are great as well. The decor is (suitably) casual but very nice . The kitchen is well stocked and the supplied linens are nicer than what one would expect in a rental. Check-in / out was seamless and the manager was friendly and helpful. We had zero complaints during our stay and strongly recommend the property. We had a horrible start to our vacation and this listing opened up as a kind of miracle. It was beautiful and clean. Great walk to the beach. Steph was really great, too. We learned that we love Kiawah…maybe more than Hilton Head Island.
