Wonderful little hotel with an amazing breakfast. Some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced.

Great location, beautiful place, amazing open space for coffee and smoking, friendly staff.

they didnt change the towels, and the room missed some facilities like fridge, water, water heater.

The modern design

Breakfast was really basic, something I hate is when they bring jam in those round aluminum jar, which one can find in a supermarket

The location is central and perfect to explore L'Aquila. Our bedroom was really beautiful and the kids loved it. The whole place is special with only a few rooms surrounding a little courtyard. Everything was new, clean, stylish and comfortable.

Breakfast was served in the lovely courtyard tables. It was abundant and nice but products could have been a little more local and fresh.

Beautiful restaurated building, we had a very spacious room withe beautiful design. Sympathetic people. You can easily visit the centre from there or Gran Sasso National Park.

No parking at the building.

Beautiful hotel in a great location only two blocks away from the main street with shops, bars and restaurants, plus only a short drive away from the Gran Sasso park. The staff were very friendly and accomodating with check-in and check-out timings - even arranging for arrosticini to be delivered to us one evening. The room was spacious, quiet and very tastefully decorated. Being in an old building with solid walls the room temperature was cool even when it was 34'C outside and no air conditioning was required.

There is no dedicated parking (as with most hotels in L'Aquila), but there was a small area on the hotel-side of the Torre Civica that was occassioanlly free, plus opportunistic parking around the area. Failing that, there is a large free car park at the Palazzo Giustizia (the walk is about 15 minutes).
