The area was great, beautiful views and great restaurants close by. Also the best ice cream shop very close also. The beds were okay but the pull out sofa was broken so not a good night sleep for some.

Great location, great view, great activity facility. Furniture was lousy - the pullout sofa bed was totally broken and unusable so that my adult daughter had to just use the sofa for sleeping. The bed frame in the master bedroom was broken. Dining table chairs very cheap. Front door seal was broken. Lighting in entire unit was inadequate. Would not recommend

Property needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds are too low for most seniors or handicap people. Both beds had support issues. Toaster needs replacing. Burns toast on one side. Top left shelf in kitchen not stable. Floors needed a good wash. Under beds and bureaus were dirty.

They r working to update this property which is great, but should have it ready for guest before renting it out. Property manager is responsive but not open to feedback. Hot water heater needs to b replaced. Only enough for 1 Shower. Thus the apartment can not accommodate 6 people. My son had to stay at hotel w friends due to the hot water situation since he had a schedule to keep during our stay. My daughter & I were more flexible & rotated showering 1 in the am & 1 in the pm. I stay at 2bd 2ba condos all the time & have never had a hot water issue. Property manager told me I didn't know how to use the faucets & she said the plumber said it was a small water heater cause that's all that fits in the unit. It is their choice not to have the property in working order. Washing machine is not working properly either. Sounds like u r washing a load of rocks & things come out dripping wet. Property manager told me the washer worked fine. Not in my opinion. The unit is located across from the elevator and next to a hallway with coin operated laundry machines which is open to the elements and smokers. We were never offered anything for our inconvenience. Would have loved to rent this property again on our next trip the area, but will not.

excellent. Everything was as described. Unit could use a little TLC (weatherstripping etc) but overall a beautiful location. Definitely would return!

Second time at this condo complex, first time at this unit. The lagoon and gulf view are priceless. Saw dolphins a couple of times. Easy check-in for a short stay. Issue with the door was rapidly addressed by a very responsive property manager. New restaurants are open near by that are good. Walking distance to the ice cream parlor. The unit was good and could use a deep clean and some TLC.

Had to make a quick trip to Florida for a family funeral. This condo really gave us more room than many hotel rooms. Very nice property, nice walking trail along the bay. Great view of the bay. Made our stay enjoyable.

Amazing view and saw 3 dolphins one evening in the inlet that you could almost touch. Also, saw a dolphin the bay from the balcony. The other people living in the block were so friendly and helpful. There are great places to visit locally such as Weeki Wachee and Homosassa Springs. Also, make sure your hire a kayak at Weeki Wachee to go down the Crystal River, clear water and you just drift down with the current. You may be lucky enough to see a Manatee like we did.

Quiet and friendly

We enjoyed our stay greatly! The condo was beautiful, and well stocked enough for our family of 6 to cook meals for the week. The complex has lots of activities, and the neighbors were very friendly.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Very comfortable, well equipped condo in a beautiful setting overlooking the gulf and its marine life. We contacted the property manager and reported a problem with one of the beds and the problem was resolved in a very timely manner. My husband and I love this condo and plan to return again. Thank you for making our stay a totally awesone one!!!

Freshly painted, Appeared Bathroom floors were just updated. Very Clean condo and comfy bedding. Kim Was a Great Hostess, Very responsive and shared the must see places to visit. We enjoyed Coffee on the Balcony each morning and Stunning Sunsets .. Quiet and relaxing community..

This 2-bedroom condo (#807) is on the Gulf side of the building, offering nice views of the Gulf and the cove just outside the building from its balcony. We saw manatees in the cove most days. It's easy to get to and secure, with a 24-hour guard station at the entrance.

Just what we needed .. Relaxing, Beautiful and Condo was well stocked with essentials. Loved the welcome basket and Kim is Awesome.. Quick to respond to questions and very welcoming..

We came from Sc to cook and eat Thanksgiving with our 93 yr old Mom who lives in Port Richey assisted living facility. It was so much better than food at the Facility. She loved this space and taking her walker out to the Balcony to enjoy the view. This place is a GEM! Hoping to come back again.. The Sunsets off the Balcony are Amazing! Thank you so much

Convenient location with great sunset views. We cooked Thanksgiving meal for 93 year old mom who lives nearby, Had a water leakage issue but the rental agent got it remedied very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great property, however, the door seal blew out of the sliding glass door the first night and flooded the condo. We had to find a new property last minute which was way more expensive. We spent most of a vacation day doing so. Our contact for the condo said that we would get a refund. After 10 business days I call Evolve and that person put in NO REPORT on this. I now have to go through the WHOLE PROCESS again. Thanks. Thanks for wasting my time AGAIN. Disgusted.

When we got there condo was dirty,place in dire need of a painting.Bathtub drain was plugged and before we left toliet in main bathroom was plugged.For what was charged would not stay there again.

Grounds are beautiful, sits right overlooking the gulf, pool was very nice, tennis and pickleball courts are nice. Security guard 24/7. Our unit was ok. The master bath faucets were difficult to operate, never got hot water. Easy come and go lock. Kim,host, was very accommodating and answered 100% and quickly. Furniture not Comfortable.

Our family had an incredible time at this condo. Very quiet area with stunning views. The host was very friendly and communicative. Beds were very comfortable and lots of great amenities. Highly recommend.

This location is right between Tampa to the south and all the great state parks the Nature Coast has to offer. The pools were sparkling clean. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We watched as dolphins corralled their breakfast in the lagoon/beach, drove north to swim with the manatee and south to spend the day in Tampa. We'll be back! My only critique would be to add fresh paint on the interior of the apartment.

Needs deep cleaning, a paint job, floor has big gaps, patio window needs washing, outside chair cushions moldy, major construction on the 9th floor above and next-door condo. Otherwise, great view. will we rent this place again "Not likely "
