This was our second year in a row staying in this unit and it never disappoints! It’s always clean, has every amenity you could ask for, and is in the perfect location. All 9 of our guests loved the space and we never felt cramped. The ski in/out was probably everyone’s favorite perk though. You truly can’t beat it. We’ll absolutely continue staying here!

Location, location, location - Easy access to all that there is to do in Mountain Village and Telluride. Cleanliness and Convenience - Very clean on arrival, stocked well with bathroom and kitchen supplies, easy access in/around unit with emails/texts from Vacasa

Location good. Furniture good. Kitchen well-stocked. NO A/C in July….not acceptable. 85 degrees in downstairs bedroom and higher in 3rd Floor rooms. No Ceiling Fans in bedrooms. No privacy screen in 3rd floor bathroom that can be seen from condo across the way. (12 yo granddaughter used another bathroom) Garage Door directly below condo opens and closes NOISILY! (We had the windows open because the condo was so hot and the noise from the garage, the garbage trucks, and partygoers was constant) Contacted local management about A/C issues and Ants on Patio during check-in. Called 3 times and left message with agent. Local team never called back. I stomped on all ants.

Property itself was great, a little smaller than pictures made it seem so made for a tight fit on the main floor but we spent most of our time outside and in Telluride so it was ok. The Vacasa reps, at least the first two, did not follow up with me regarding my request for an early checkin. They failed to tell me that the local property mgmt team could be contacted directly the day prior to confirm. This info and their contact info was not provided to me until I called back a 3rd time, the morning of our arrival. It would’ve been nice to confirm an early checkin in advance to coordinate better our arrival time and with the other groups traveling. My overall complaint is with Vacasa and their customer service. It took an unanswered email and three phone calls with some lengthy hold time to get the info I needed.

Party of 9. We maxed out the occupancy for the property but still felt like we had enough room to stretch out when necessary. We spent most of our time out of the condo exploring the resort, mountain village and telluride. Rentals at Cristy's around the corner and the #4 lift within a couple minutes walk was awesome. Had a small issue with some blinds in the master, but that hardly had an effect at all on our stay. Would definitely stay again! Especially with 30" of fresh on the ground!

This property was comfortable, close to the lifts and shops of the village and we had a great time there. Would stay again.
