This house is really lovely. Spacious, fun decor, with lots of space. The kitchen is nice. The outdoor seating area is a great place to sit and eat. The grill is super easy to use. And the neighborhood is wonderful.

Spacious, very clean, amazing amenities! The kitchen is big, stocked with anything one would need and all the appliances are new. We loved staying here and were pleasantly surprised by the pool table that converted to ping pong. Our son stayed in the game room and thought it was heaven. We liked the special touches like the 2 huge umbrellas which came in handy the week we were there, and the nice welcome “basket” plus note. It is right on the golf course which made morning and evening walks easy, and just yards from the lake. This home made our stay in Horseshoe Bay for Thanksgiving 2022 memorable and fun.

Home was awesome. Very clean seemed we were the first to stay there. Would have liked more condiments there. Like coffee. Plus more towels and a blanket or two for the couch.

Nice location and a good place to stay. Bring food to cook, not a lot of choices in town.

The property was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The room/bathroom with a separate entrance from the main home was perfect for our 23-year-old son. The neighborhood was quiet, hilly, and the home to many deer. The open lot on one side and golf course behind made it feel as though we were on acreage. The games, pool table, ping pong table, and smart tv allowed us to spend precious time together with our family. The setup was perfect for our 2 small dogs -- hardwood floors throughout and the ability to have the back porch be screened in by using a remote. It was a short drive (~25 minutes) to get to Marble Falls to buy groceries and to go hiking at Inks Lake.

It was perfect, so much to do. The deer were the best attraction.

Very nice, modern place in a beautiful town. Pretty deep in the subdivision where it's not surprisingly to run into deer (not literally). Plenty of space and family had a blast with the foosball table. Has a nice outdoor patio that has a retractable screen to relax and enjoy the view. Only gripe was master shower drained slowly and internet connection was spotty if not slow.

Pros - Nice layout to the house - lots of windows, quiet, good star gazing - Very clean when we arrived. - Loved all of the games - the arcade was the biggest hit. - Kitchen has all of the cooking tools you would need. - Back patio was really great to hang out in (currently no other house on one side, so lots of green to look at). - Decent location for exploring Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake, Longhorn Caverns, Llano, Marble Falls, etc. (but there is no access to Horseshoe Bay that we could find unless you were a guest or member of the resort…..any water access requires a 30min drive to Lake Buchanan or other parks). Cons - Bedroom 1 is actually in a separate part of the house/garage. The 2nd twin bed in that room was just a mattress leaning up against the wall that could be put on the floor. It was fine for our family/our daughter was old enough to be there on her own, but if you need all 3 rooms in the same house, just know this room is separate. - Bed in the main bedroom is small - we didn't have a tape measure to take measurements, but no way it is a King size bed. - The only seating in the living room with a back is the L-shaped couch-all the other chairs are backless stools. - The internet is definitely VERY slow. - Working with Vacasa was not the greatest. Was told *multiple times* no early check-in or late check-out, and then I get a "purchase an upgrade to late check-out". That was annoying. Re: Wi-Fi, we knew it might be slow based on another review, but in 2021 and in essentially a new housing development near a major tech center, I expected more. Vacasa said, "wifi is regarded as an amenity and not as a necessity" and to find a backup plan if needed, but given all the TVs have Roku the owners should try to upgrade to non-satellite internet. Doesn't seem like an "amenity" if the technology in the house is supposed to run off of it.
