The location was great

My room was filthy it wasn't cleaned there was a vape pen left on the floor someones dirty socks in the window. There was a shoe box under the chair with confetti surrounding it. There was arguing in the hall. I never got to sleep I called the front desk at 3am I'd had enough. There was stomping jumping and men yelling. When my 8 month old woke up at 315 that was enough. I've stayed several times before however this stay was terrible. Management did take care of me so I applaud them for that. However it was not a good stay this time.

Loved the space in room, all the additional soap and towels was very convenient, and the breakfast choices were great and fresh, the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast couldn't keep stocked for everyone, the bedding provided for the pullout bed was very uncomfortable, did not have laundry supplies in stock.

The breakfast was nice with biscuits and gravy, waffles, omelets and pastries. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was not to cold and it's nice that they had a hot tub. Very clean environment

I love how spacious my room was and the friendly staff made me comfortable especially traveling to Detroit for the first time. Would definitely come back.

The street view on Google maps just showed an empty field. So that was confusing before I decided to book a room but other than that no complaints.

I didn’t like anything.

The hotel charged my card twice for my stay and I am still livid. Over 1000.00 dollars is being held on my credit card and the hotel didn’t seem to care. I have to investigate and file a claim with my bank all because of their faulty system.

I had a really quick and pleasant check in where the front desk person made sure that I was aware of all amenities. I had a issue that was quickly resolved.

Loved that it was centrally located. The room was large and very good! The beds were very good, pillows maybe a little soft for my taste, but my daughter loved them. Large T.V. and couch with ottoman were nice feature. We faced the courtyard and saw the fire pit feature, asked the staff to light it for us and they did. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the attendant made sure everything was filled when running low. We loved the full kitchen and large bathroom areas! This will be our go to hotel choice now when traveling! Even though it is located next to a busy interstate, inside you didn't even notice the noise of traffic.

Nice place to stay, not to crowded and very quite.

Not crazy about being on the 4th floor all the way on the other end of hotel from the elevator. Ended up hiking the stairs a bit!

Very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable.

The room is really drafty. I requested my in-room coffee to be replenished since I was staying two nights but it never happened.
