Very quiet, relaxing. Staff very kind, helped us with early check in and gave us tons of recommendations.

If I had to change one thing, it would be to move this place a little closer to the beach. It’s about a 8-12 minute walk from the beach (where all the restaurants, bars, etc are). Nothing else needs changing, this was a great stay.

Casa bicachi is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed before. Bicachi’s staff are kind and always makes you feel welcome. in addition I would like to highlight that the place was spotless.

Most of us go to La Punta for the amazing parties, music, dancing and amazing sunsets. Casa Bicachi Hotel is a wonderful place to rest and escape when you need it. Wonderful Host, perfect interior, coziness surpasses many hotels seen. If you want to fall into a particularly cozy room after a good and fun party, you will like this place the most. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates the high quality of services.

I’m so glad we booked here, it’s such a lovely property and in a great location not to far from La Puntas Main Street but far away enough that there’s no noise pollution at all. The design of the rooms and the pool area is beautiful, it’s gets a good amount of sun in the afternoons but also always has (needed) shade and everything is super clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful too! The communal area had great super fast WiFi.

Literally the only con is that the wifi is slow and a bit patchy in the rooms, but it’s not a big hotel more( more like a boutique) so it’s easy to go on the balcony or down to the communal area if you need it to be faster. we were in a corner room so we had less balcony but it wasn’t a huge issue, if we come again I’ll ask to have the ones one the side.

Room and pool

rooms are fantastic, beds are super comfortable, staff are very helpful and the mojitos here are amazing. It’s a small ‘hotel’ so not many guests so it there is always space by the pool.

at the top of the hill from the main drag of la Punta, but probably good to work off your tacos walking back!

Casa Bicachi exceeded our expectations and was a very comfortable place to stay. Giraldo and his staff were amazing and accommodating our requests from getting us a taxi to visit nearby beaches or the airport, helping when we arrived early to let us leave our bags to go to the beach til our room was ready, and overall just being friendly and nice throughout the process. I would Highly recommend Casa Bicachi to anyone looking to come to La Punta/Brisas Zicatela. What a fun experience!

This is an exceptional property! It is very tranquil! All of the staff were helpful. They assisted me in booking tickets that I would need for further travel along with assisting me in getting taxes for the things that I wanted to do while I was staying there.

The rooms were big, crisp and super clean. It is quite a new property and they have kept it in great condition. Beautiful view of puerto from our room on the second floor. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to beach but far enough away from main strip so it’s not noisy. There’s no food services at the property. But not necessary due to location.

Fantastic hotel! Great location, close to the restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away that is was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault it.

The rooms were beautiful and modern, with exceptionally cold AC! For us, the location was perfect: just a little bit up the road from the party strip, so it’s nice and quiet at night!
