Great cottage on a beautiful beach. We vacationed here with extended family and loved the house!! The house was clean and very well cared for. We had everything we needed in the trip. We ran into a minor issue upon arriving with the main floor toilet that was fixed promptly by the super responsive owner. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking to enjoy a beach vacation

The house is a gem. It served our family of 9 perfectly. The beach and dune are beautiful and the location is convenient on a dead end street so little to no traffic. It’s beautifully decorated and modern while preserving the character of some of the older features like the beautiful hardwood floors and wood paneling. Everything we needed was there and the house is impeccably clean and maintained.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect — it was an easy walk from the lovely, breezy back deck through the dunes to a wide, uncrowded stretch of beach. The house is elegantly decorated and well stocked with high quality linens, towels and housewares. The kitchen was fabulous, the beds were comfortable, and all three bathrooms were charmingly updated. We spent much of our time outside on the lovely deck with its spacious outdoor dining table, enjoying some spectacular sunsets. The hammock under the deck was another favorite spot. The house had everything we needed — and on top of that, the management was the best we’ve experienced in a rental. Stacy noticed before we did that there was a problem brewing with the air conditioning. She contacted us proactively, and had a repair person on the way the same afternoon. We were never inconvenienced or uncomfortable. Outstanding care. We highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This was the perfect place for our family of 10 people. The beach was wonderful. Not very busy. Walking distance to Oceania Pier Bar and restaurant (cute little restaurant). The beds were comfortable. The deck was wonderful for the 10 of us. Inside was a little tight so happy we had the deck for all our meals. Check in was easy. There were a few beach chairs which was nice since we were traveling from Wisconsin. There were no sand toys or boogie boards but we bought some nice boards and left them behind so hopefully they will be there for future guests. 🤞🤞We have a tradition of late night family beach walks where ever we go and we were not disappointed with Atlantic beach. It was gorgeous at night and we enjoy looking for crabs. The location is perfect! We also went deep sea fishing with Captain Stacy and it was a lot of fun. It was rough waters so several of us got sea sick but it was still a great memory for the kids.

property was fine, location terrific. 2 deal brakers: 1. Fireplace clogged; smoke invaded entire house. We did all we could to clear the blockage - no luck. I REALLY wanted a rental with fireplace. 2. BBQ worked OK; but was filthy. I tried to leave it allot cleaner than what we found.

We stayed for a short weekend and loved it. The place was very clean an roomy. Would stay again for sure.

I stayed with a group of 10 adults at this property and we had the best time. The house itself was perfectly laid out, the bathrooms were great, plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The location to the beach was also great, right on the water and it was so nice to be able to hear the waves at night and wake up to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible home! We were immediately cozy and comfortable in this beautifully decorated beach house. The location is perfect…when we went out onto the expansive deck, the view of the ocean was just breathtaking. The long outdoor table was ample enough to have our entire family around it to enjoy our meals and play card games. The property manager was very kind and helpful; she answered our questions and addressed issues (the only issue we had was, by the end we of the week, running out of space in the trash receptacle outside) and she helped us solve that issue. I can’t say enough about how comfortable the beds were….how nice the furnishings were…how nice the kitchen was, and all the pots and dishes that accompanied it. The amenities were great: We wanted for nothing! Thank you for making our New Years 2022 trip an excellent one!

We stayed here for a family wedding in the area and absolutely loved it! The house layout was perfect for our family. We are hoping to book again for the summer. We loved it

Very nice home. Very comfortable but found roaches in kitchen and someone left food in the microwave in a paper bag. Also the dishwasher was not emptied and the back door handle was broken from corrosion. Other than that it was a nice stay

We WILL be back! Fyi...the beds were super comfortable and there were fluffy pillows galore!

We loved everything about our stay. The home was absolutely perfect. Location location location! It was right on the beach, with unobstructed views and close to the pier. The back deck is perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. We couldn’t be happier with the time we spent here and would love to return!

We really enjoyed this property and it is a great little house on the beach! It was a fun area and we explored a little, but honestly spent time at the beach. House was well stocked with anything you need and I would absolutely rent it again.

The house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The house was nicely decorated & clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back porch listening to the waves roll in. We really enjoyed our stay!

This newly remodeled cottage is adorable! Furnishings and accessories are absolutely gorgeous. Everything was brand new & decorated to perfection! Bedrooms are small but still nice. Path to the beach is a little bumpy but the view from the house is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!
