Nice, quiet location. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Local contact was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in and check out simple and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and is in a great location next to the resort. (We were there for a wedding). Property owner was quick with sorting out any issues and questions we had.

Really enjoyed the stay. It was really clean and had everything we needed.We love the Texas Hill Country and we have relatives that live in Austin, Kingsland and Kerrville, so we love doing roadtrips. This was the perfect getaway.

Every thing was lovely about our stay. The house was incredibly clean and the owners could not be more kind. They allowed us an early check-in so that our babies could have a nap! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Outside area doesn’t look the best, however the inside is perfect! It was a great place for two couples to have as a home base for exploring the hill country. Very comfortable and has everything you need👍

The stairs were very steep, not senior friendly. Both of us were uncomfortable using them, had I known they were that steep I would have booked a single floor elsewhere. It was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Next to tennis court so if you're not an early riser.....js. Until you actually book the property, some information was difficult to find.

The townhome was nice and comfortable, including a small patio area. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep with shallow treads, meaning your whole foot won't fit on a step. Dual handrails are installed, which help.
Easy check in and check out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The welcome snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and it was a great home base to explore the area. We would totally return to escape the city for the weekend again.

Very nice place. Dan was very prompt responding to us not having internet or TV after a bad storm. Came and got it going for us. Great place and had fun shopping in Marble Falls and visiting Fiesta Winery. Hope you’re o come back.

Exactly like described, we enjoyed our stay and thought everything was great. Kitchen well equipped and even had some cold drinks and snacks waiting for us. Yes, the stairs are steep but we knew that snd didn’t have a problem with it. Bedroom very cosy and good mattress. Our teen loved her room and said it was better than at home. The only thing I would change though is the steps into the bathtub in the master bathroom. Those can be slippery after you take a shower, so watch out. But other than that it was a great bathroom, I especially liked the black towels provided to take off makeup.

We were in town visiting my parents but needed some extra space. This condo had the perfect accommodations. Everything was comfortable, clean and easy. Dan was super helpful and responsive with every question. One note for anyone with small kids or older adults - the staircase up to the bedrooms is very steep.

This place was perfect for myself and my 17 year old. Would be perfect for a small group as well. We went to Horseshoe Bay for tennis and the tennis courts are right out the back patio doors. It’s a short drive into town. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Would suggest staying here to anyone going to Horseshoe Bay and wanting to be close to the resort. Short drive to Marble Falls which is a neat town with slot to offer.

We stayed to join family that live in HSB for Thanksgiving . The property is close to restaurants and small grocery and is easily accessed. Great stay…

I opted to book this townhome vs a hotel and glad I did; we had unexpected guests and luckily the accommodations here allowed us to adjust with no problem. Everything was clean and comfortable, could not have been better. Stop searching and book it!

Very comfortable 2BR townhouse in a great location. Quiet and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and premium TV channels available. Easy 5-minute walk to the Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Much bigger on the inside than looks from the outside. Very comfortable stay with about everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, including coffee! Close to the resort (tennis/pickle ball right outside back door) and a short drive to town. We would stay there again if in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in Horseshoe Bay! This unit was very clean and well stocked. They even left snacks and drinks in the fridge! We highly recommend this unit for your next Horseshoe Bay adventure!

My husband and I with another couple were there for the weekend to fish. We really enjoyed our stay and the scenery. The home was very nice, clean and quiet. The neighbors were also friendly. We will love to go back

Home was exactly as described. Kitchen well stocked. Had a questions and the host and hostess responded timely. We enjoyed the stay very much and have already booked again for the fall.

The condo was very clean, including furniture, linens, bathrooms, etc. The master bed was very comfortable and nice sheets. Bath and kitchen was stocked with quality toiletries and kitchen needs. Really liked having a Keurig with sweeteners and cream. The location is amazing, and although we didn’t have trouble parking, it could be an issue. The whole place was remodeled and excellent choice on furnishings. However, I took away 1 star because the carpet on the stairs and bedrooms was stained and smelled of animal throughout. I don’t understand a complete, beautiful makeover, and leaving the carpet as is. If that was replaced, I would definitely come back.

Fabulous! Beds were so comfortable! High end linens. Bath sheets were over sized and soft. Entire place was sparkling clean and new. Smelled heavenly. The hosts had extras throughout. (Snack, books,) They left notes to help us on our stay. Hosts were accessible and super friendly. There is not one thing that could think of to improve on. We cant wait to visit again.
