Our family had a great fun filled week.
There were so very many river toys. The paddle board was the biggest hit with the kids and even the adults. We made so many wonderful memories. I would like to thank Katherine for being a great host and having a perfect house with all the needed supplies.

4 families with college age/newly married kids! Wanted a relaxing getaway and we got it!!! The location was exactly what we wanted!! Water at the property- shallow enough to just sit in the water all day! The host has literally thought of anything and everything you would need!! Best little touches I’ve ever seen! And the fun garage has it all!!! This place is now on our list of favorites and we will be back!!

Everything was as good or better than described. Large, fully stocked kitchen is essential for a large group. Huge outside area with great water access. Water is fun and safe for all ages as it is not deep. Shed is stocked with everything needed for outdoor fun. We even got to know the neighbors and townspeople and overall had a great time.

We stayed here with our kids and family friends and their kids. It’s the perfect family retreat. There are kayaks & plenty of water toys for the kids. We enjoyed the fire pit while watching the kids kayak& play in the river. We saw geese, raccoons, egrets, & a gray fox. The home had plenty of space and beds for both families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill out back came in handy as well. Very clean and comfortable with something for everyone. We loved it and look forward to staying there again.

The property was great for our group — three 70+ couples. We hadn’t seen each other in several months and the patio, dinner table, and living room area gave us great talk-time together. The water was too low to enjoy, but we did sit with binoculars checking out the birds. Got a great pic of sunset the last day. Would do it again.

Traveling with my husband, 2 grown sons, my mother and brother. This property was clean, organized and well apportioned. We found everything we needed for cooking and family time. We appreciated the roomy covered back porch and the extra beds were a life saver! Beach towels available were a nice surprise. River along this stretch was very shallow but we used some of the water toys which were also a nice perk. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended.

The house is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped with just about anything you would need. The location is so quiet and peaceful; we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Pearl Haus! Plenty of room, lovely back porch and the kitchen was very well stocked with needed pots and pans etc. We have family that live in the area, so when they came over, there was plenty of room for all of us around the dining table. We would love to go back another time!!

The house was a lovely place to spend time with family. The kitchen was large, modern and well supplied. The setting was pleasant. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. There was room for our group of eight. We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy all the fun toys on the river.

The home is beautiful. They pamper their guests. The fun garage had everything we needed. The water level was low enough to make kayaking difficult but not impossible. But made great fun for our 5 yr granddaughter as we were able to walk out to middle of the river! We had plenty of space! The kitchen really is well.stocked with high quality cookware. We played table games for many hours at the dining table. Nthe only downside for our family was the entire backyard is at a slope which made our favorite yard game a bit tricky. And there was a significant ant problem. But we worked around those issues and would definitely return to this home. Well worth the price.

The house is nice and has everything you need. Only drawback was the water condition in front of the house due to the ongoing Drought, can't control mother nature. You can Kayak 100 yards upriver, and the water was nice, water in the Lake was great.

Perfect for Friends trip on water in a quiet secluded area
This place was everything that we wanted. From the various water toys, board games, kitchen items, there wasn't a thing that we wanted that this place didn't have. We were pleasantly surprised by all the various lawn games, outdoor seating options and multiple firepits. The water in the river was about two feet deep, which made it nice to lounge around in. This property was clean, well stocked and I'd reccommend it again. Thanks

Perfect extended family long weekend
We were here with grandparents and kids. I have not seen a more well-stocked vacation rental - everything we could possibly need was there, and many things we didnt think we would need as well. The lake is shallow here (about 1-2 feet when we went in high-drought summer), but the house had kayaks and stand up paddle board to still make it fun. Katherine was super prompt with all communication. I would highly recommend this home.

Great House
It's a very clean house that had everything we needed for a fun family meet up for the weekend. There were plenty of toys for everyone in the fun garage, and the kayaks were a nice extra to use on the river. The water was a great level for our kids to play in, and there was plenty of outdoor space to hang out and play.

The home was spacious and very clean! Stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen ware, first aid supplies, sunblock and so many things just in case we forgot something. We didn’t lack for anything! Loved the “fun garage” with the kayaks and floats and games! Absolutely LOVED the back porch, backyard and dock at the river!! Had fun playing Pictionary well into the evening. The host was very helpful and was available when I had questions. Will definitely come back!!

Such a great place!
We loved the layout of the house. There was so much room and privacy. Everything we needed to play in the river (from beach towels to toys) was provided. The back porch was a great place for morning coffee and evening card games. The river was beautiful and relaxing. We recommend Pearl Haus to anyone visiting the Hill Country.

Wonderful accommodations!
The Pearl Haus is the perfect getaway! We were in town for our sons wedding (just down the street). We enjoyed how well stocked and clean the house was. If you forgot anything they had you covered! Very spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We greatly appreciate that the host shared their water toys with us. Being able to kayak and paddleboard on the river without the trouble of rental equipment logistics was a great benefit.

Great weekend getaway
Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful weekend at Pearl Haus. The house had tons of space to spread out, beautiful view of the Llano, and easy access to the water. The water is a bit shallow right in front of the house, but that meant no ski boats zooming by, so it was very quiet and safe for our kids to splash around, catch minnows, and build sandcastles on the sand bar/peninsula. The kitchen was well-equipped and every cabinet was labeled. The back porch was super comfy and the "fun garage" was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the lake. We'll be back!

Stay here! You won't regret it!
We absolutely loved our stay at The Pearl Haus! We really appreciated the complimentary lemonade and hanging keepsake ornament. This has to be the most well stocked VRBO house rental I've ever been to. This place had everything and then some! Beds, couch and chairs were all super comfortable. The view is gorgeous and having river front access was the cherry on top! Perfect for kids! The fun garage had so many fun things. Paddleboard, kayaks, floats, cornhole, you name it. Many fun memories made. Kitchen was huge and great for large family gatherings. The only thing is that two of the bathrooms didn't have their own door separate from the room. So we locked and closed the main door to the room. Wasn't a big deal though. We would love to come back and stay here again!! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy your place!! ❤

Great location, friendly and responsive owner, very organized property and multiple water toys, canoes, kayaks and tubes were available. The furniture and bedding is outdated but besides that it was an overall great stay!!

Property was very clean and accomdating
This is our fourth trip to Kingsland, Texas. The property manager responded quickly to my inquiries. My family enjoyed Katherine's home. The fun garage was great and filled with all types of equipment, games which kept the kids and adults well entertained. Thank you for your lovely home.

Great Place
The property was great and it was right off the water but the water was pretty shallow. It was nice having the kayak and paddle board at the property that we could use. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc.

Quite, fun and relaxing retreat
This is a beautiful property steps away from the river, a spacious and lovely home. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was easy to reach and quick to reply. The outside space was great you could lounge out on the large covered porch or play games on the tiered lawn or by the river bank. It was a great place to be together and relax. We had a great experience!!!
