We loved our time here! The house was open and great for our little one to toddle around. It was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset.

Our family had a wonderful week together at the beach! Much fun, sun, fishing, and laughing from all of us! Blessed!!

The house couldn’t have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, the kitchen had most anything you could need, and the outdoor space the house had was awesome and wonderful! And not to mention the dock with access to the sound! The communication with the property managers was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks so much!!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful home. My kids had a great time. We went crabbing, kayaking, fishing and lots of relaxing! So great! Highly recommend!

Very nice. We loved the boardwalk and dock on the sound. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and was in a perfect location! Walkable to beach and restaurants. The best part was the dock out to the intercoastal! It was perfect for fishing with all the kids!

We only stayed one night, but the house was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room to spread out a bit, clean, great location!

It is listed for 6 adults and 4 kids. But beds only for 4 adults and 4 kids. Also upstairs bathrooms does not have locks in any of the doors. Overall experience is ok. Not as excpected for the price.

My family of 5 visited Holden Beach for the first time and stayed at this property. It was a fabulous location to the beach (about .25 mile walk). The property backs up to the intercostal and has truly beautiful views. We buoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by. It is also on a street with no outlet on one side so it was very quiet with little car or foot traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and left a sweet gift for us. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The home provided us with that opportunity.

Overall the property is in great location. With 2 young children walking to the beach wasn't a great option. but we were able to go later in the afternoon and find parking. There were a few maintenance issues but owners were very responsive. I would have liked to have had the light switches labeled and a instructions for each TV as they were all a little different. Overall we enjoyed our stay for our first time at this beach.

Great location, convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The grill is extremely small but would definitely recommend this property.

The property is super convenient to restaurants, but a short walk to the beach. We were worried about the weather, but it was absolutely gorgeous. No traffic since it’s on a dead end street - this was a huge plus. Thanks for clarifying the cable issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and decor. We did have an issue with the dryer but was very quickly resolved.

Better than the photos, and it is really awesome to be on the waterway and sit on the screened-in porch and watch the boats go by. And just walk out and fish! Loved it.

My small family of 4 had a great time visiting this amazing home on the ICW in Holden Beach. We have visited this area and stayed at one of the other local beaches (OIB) several times in the last few years but this was our first time staying on Holden. And we loved it! Being directly on the ICW with your own private dock for fishing and crabbing is worth the visit itself. But then you add in the proximity to the actual sand and surf (2-3 blocks away) and the several restaurants with good seafood and atmosphere and it makes this trip and home truly special. We enjoyed sitting on both porches and seeing the sun rise and fall and also watching the wildlife from the dock. The home is clean and in good condition and is meticulously decorated with the coolest beach and nautical decor. We had no issues with our stay and plan to visit this home again in the future. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you for sharing your home.

There has been an incredible amount of thought given to the decor. You can tell someone has a special touch. There are special touches such as the goodie bag left for you upon your arrival!! If you are a coffee drinker, there are K-Cups provided. The screened in porch overlooking the waterway is wonderful not to mention the dock for fishing. The owners Jon and Paula are a delight to work with. We had a slight problem with the TV reception that was quickly rectified. We highly recommend this house if you want great place to stay!

Our group consisted of three families. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was so clean and inviting and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. They even had flowers abd a personal gift delivered to us thanking us for our stay. The dock was perfect for the boats we had with us and everyone enjoyed the fishing they were able to do. Would recommend this home to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous views and back deck to enjoy time with friends and family. Quick access to the beach and delicious restaurants! Easy check in process, great energy throughout the home.

This place is spacious, and perfect for family or friend reunions since it has ample outdoor space (wrap around deck, screened in porch, dock and crows nest) as well as ample indoor space (dining room table, living room, den upstairs.) Ot was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Intracoastal and a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Also lots of parking which was great! Would definitely return to this beautiful home!

The sunsets are so pretty being able to view them from the multiple decks and dock. We enjoyed renting a double kayak and SUP a s being able to launch them right from the dock. I would recommend a few more kitchen items like a 9x13 and 8x8 pans, broiling pan for oven and maybe a crockpot. Otherwise, the kitchen is pretty well appointed with basics. Loved our stay and the Hosts are lovely to communicate with. Recommend!!
