This property is gorgeous. It offers everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Both the pool and the home is exceptionally well taken care of. It was easy to check in. The owner, Sara, made sure everything was okay when we checked in. Told us to call if we needed anything and she responded right away. She was the best. Definitely coming back.

This property exceeded every expectation! Current photos don’t do it justice. The location is ideal! Close to the Heber shopping & business district. Close to Sandy Beach, Eden Isle & Heber Springs Marina. Add the cleared and level path to the lake, behind the house - wow! The owners attention to detail are too many to count: from the best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed, by way of appliances, cookware, utensils, dish & glass ware, to the mini-bar area, coffee & tea station supremely stocked, updated colors & finishes in kitchen, bathrooms, etc. to the resort like touches around the pool, and then add in the expansive front & backyards with potted plants, beautiful crepe myrtles! Simply perfection! The real above & beyond tagline, goes to the owner/manager and her communication, responsiveness and simply a clear, authentic desire to ensure her quests want for nothing and have an incredible experience in her home. Just as advertised. Best part was the convenience of floating the river multiple times per day and the hiking trails a short drive away.

This house perfectly accommodated 9 women in their own beds while on our annual motorcycle Ride & Retreat. The home was so inviting. Everyone commented on the owner's thoughtful design aesthetics... the furniture choices, pillows, throws, painting and signs. Also, this home had complimentary coffee bar with snacks. The well appointed kitchen had all the necessities: spices, plates, utensils, storage containers, cutting boards, air fryer and grill accessories for the large gas grill on the deck. Each bedroom was perfectly decorated creating a calming and inviting vibe. The salt water pool was an oasis of fun. Plenty of pool towels, floats and chairs to lounge in. They have added a nautical theme not shown in pictures. We loved the painted flip flops. Our host Sara was prompt in responding to any questions we had. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for a relaxing space to re-charge and create great memories.

We loved staying at this beautiful home as it was exactly as it was described in the listing. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen came equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home owners were attentive, pleasant, and easy to work with. There is plenty to do even when there’s bad weather. We enjoyed our time sitting poolside, grilling out, and fishing in the lake.

My mom retired in Heber several years ago. 3 years ago her home burned so she can no longer accommodate the entire family. I have used Vrbo last few years and goes this place was booked. SO GLAD we found it this year!!! Great house!! Great service!!! Will definitely try to book on our next trip there!

We loved the house so much!!Very homey and cozy!The house had everything you would have at home in your own home for use.the location was very quite and close to town.The kids are already begging to go back agian.The best part id its pet freindly!a fenced in yard is perfect for pets and kids.The pool is very deep but life jackets were in the closet for kids if needed.The yard and garden were beautiful.We were nervous about the area being a interacial family but when we went out into the town we were treated with kindness and respect,we visited the walmart the macdonalds,arbys and peggy sues ,also the sonic.Its such a polite little town.we went to the sandy beach and to the damsite beach.behind the house is a trail leading to the lake for fishing.It was amazing from start to finish!!the only complaint i have is the bed in the master was so hard that we had to switch rooms on the 2nd night .The thrid day a terrible storm came and the owner allowed us to ride out the storm and pass our check out time.she also made sure we made it safe back home.I highly recommend this place and will def be back agian.

We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 teens. The pool was definitely a hit! We mostly cooked or grilled out. Sandy Beach a couple of days for paddleboarding. Fenced yard for our furbabies with plenty of room to roam. Great place to stay for vacation and highly recommend! Good shopping and coffee shop is great! Vintage Rose in Quitman is fantastic ladies! Open T, F and S. Owners were very nice and attentive if needed. Will be back!!!!!

What a beautiful, refreshing, clean, well stocked home. The coffee bar, the snack bar, the regular bar!!!! Sara was amazing and responded quickly to questions we had. Will definitely rent again.

Great house to accommodate a large family. It’s well maintained with easy access to the lake. The pool was a great feature to keep us cool from the hot summer temps. Lots of outdoor seating for all to visit. The house was well stocked with everything we needed(cooking, bedding, towels, etc.) Will definitely book this rental again if we decide to visit Heber Springs for a future trip.

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the perfect spot to do so. Everything was great and in order. Sara was great with helping us out doing our stay and before and after also! Can’t wait to book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Water Way Landing. The property was clean and comfortable, just as pictured. Our family, two adults and two boys 10 & 12, had more than adequate space to relax and feel comfortable. Communication from the host was helpful and extremely timely. The pool was very much enjoyed. The kitchen is well outfitted. Unusual perks include an elaborate coffee station and a fully outfitted bar with electronic wine cave. The house is clean, well stocked, and everything is in good working order. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at this property and felt right at home. Loved everything about it. The one rainy day we had was one of our favorite days as we laid on the big couch and watched movies and played games at the big table. Location is so convieant. We will be back! Thank you

This was a last minute book as our other vacation rental flooded the night before we were supposed to check in. I was able to book this at 9:30PM and hear back from the owner ASAP. She was so friendly and on top of any questions we had. The house was very clean and the outside area was very nice. The bedroom set up worked great for us and the location was amazing as the Marina was only about a 5 min drive and the beach a 3 min drive. The lake was really pretty also! Just a heads up though, this is a dry county!!!! Luckily we had someone coming a few hours behind us to pick us up some yummy adult drinks! ;-) All in All I highly recommend this place! Thanks for a great family trip! OH AND THE ALARMS ON THE DOORS WERE THE AMAZING. Traveling with 3 small kids it was such a relief to have those on all exterior doors.

The house was perfect for our large group (6 adults, 4 kids) and we LOVED the beautiful pool area and proximity to the lake since we rented a boat for a couple of the days. We didn’t really get to experience much of the town but still had an amazing stay with lots of family time and R&R!

The property owner was very responsive to any issue that came up. It should be noted that she had bought the property very recently and honored the agreements made with the former owner, and was also just becoming aware of some of the issues that needed attention. We would book any property from Sara and Leprechaun Landing with no hesitation! We had an amazing vacation!

Beautiful home and backyard with pool!!! Close to Greers Ferry lake and downtown Heber. The pool was perfect for the kids, as well as the adults. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Definitely will rent again!
