Property was beautiful and quiet. April, the owner was very informative and friendly. She wanted the best experience for us. The condo had everything you might want and need. Immaculate inside. Ocean view from the patio. Don’t hesitate to book this condo.

The condo has been remodeled with many personal touches ( know my wife has new ideals). We will be staying next time we are in the area, Host was very helpful and made the stay easy and relaxing.

Perfect property for a quick weekend beach trip for 2. Kitchen is well supplied and property is right on the beach and across from stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and balcony has a great view of the water. Owner is quick to reply and help with anything we needed! Would stay again for sure!

This property is one of the best places we have stayed on the coast. The owner has tended to every detail so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. It is high end luxury with a wonderful view. We are so very thankful to April for sharing her home with us . Hoping to stay again soon.

Every experience we had with this condo and its owner was positive. The location is perfect, the condo is immaculate and lovely. You could park your car and leave it for an entire week or see the many beautiful spots NSB has to offer. Thank you, April!

Our first impression was, WOW!! The unit lived up to its billing. Impeccably decorated and upgraded. Immaculate condition. Great ocean view. Most importantly April communicated with us from start to finish. She made us feel like it was our home. Will definitely rebook this unit in the future!!

We have been coming to NSB for quite a few years and this might be one of the cleanest, quietest condo's we have stayed at. We love the no drive beach and the location to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Checking in and entry were very easy. The Condo had everything we needed. Huge front room television was a pleasant surprise for the Masters. The view made for great evenings and morning coffees. Thanks April!

April’s condo in Castle Reef is beautifully appointed and spotless. It has been recently completely renovated and the bathroom, although, not large is like a spa, with a gorgeous step in shower. Linens and towels are high quality and new. The tile floor is beautiful and there are attractive rugs for it. Being on the fifth floor offers a beautiful view of the ocean. The elevators are prompt and clean, and the entire complex is quiet as it is on the no car and of New Smyrna Beach. It has a huge (75 inch?) tv for rainy days and the kitchen is very well stocked. It is obvious that the home has been made to feel like home-real pride of ownership.

Everything about the condo is amazing and as advertised. We had an issue checking in with the lock box, but after that was resolved everything was great!

Great Vacation
We love the New Smyrna Beach area! The condo was beautiful and very clean. April was super helpful and always replied in a timely manner! Would definitely rent from her again!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach
Condo has everything you need- from chairs/ beach gear, kitchenware, comfortable furniture. Easy access to beach and nice oceanfront pool. Dollar General right across street if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Perfect getaway
Our unit 517 at Castle Reef was comfortable and lovely. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need for the week. The owner was very good about communicating with us before the trip, making sure we had all the necessary information about the Castle Reef complex.

Amazing condo
Condo is beautifully decorated, very clean & has everything you need for a lovely beach trip! Condo complex has amazing landscaping. Great location..right on the beach & has a small store across the street for anything you might need. Owner is very helpful & responds quickly to texts. We can’t wait to go back!

Beach front
The condo was right on a beautiful beach. The weather was cool which meant we could turn of air and enjoy the fresh air and sound of the Atlantic. We had a couple of minor issues and the host responded immediately. Beautiful space.

Awesome Condo
This condo is clean and nice and equipped with everything you could need. The owner was very helpful and checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again. We have rented numerous condos/houses over the years and this condo was at the top of our list.

Resolved experience
Accommodations were as advertised and rental was nice and clean. Our stay began by not being able to enter rental. Owner did not respond to help. Finally called housekeeper who gave us her code. We enjoyed our stay after resolving the door code issue.

Convenient and beautiful
Great location close to everything in New Smyrna beach. Very clean property with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We love this place!
We just discovered NSB and Castle Reef Condominiums this year. My husband grew up spending summers on the Gulf, but loves boarding on the waves at NSB. The proouperty is gorgeous, but this unit is by far the nicest we have experienced. We had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, and we had views of the beach and the courtyards. April is super friendly and keeps a spic and span place. I cannot recommend it enough. Save a couple of weeks for us next year!
