Bed was a little hard but I’m picky about my mattresses and this was not an issue for my other family members.

Everything. Firstly their customer service is amicable. Staff were attentive, friendly, happy, professional. We can’t fault them at all. They really go out of their way to make you feel a valued guest. Facilities are amazing. Price for us was perfect. Welcome drink of your choosing included, which at time of review can be had on arrival of later in the evening. Breakfast is all you can eat, but top tier dining at the same time. The room was gorgeous, as was the spa bath within our room. Robes, slippers, bathing products. Absolutely outstanding. Brilliant romantic getaway for anyone looking. Parking rules changed after we had booked, it was originally free, however now is 15€ to park on the street, and €25 to park in the garage. This fee was waived for us due to booking prior to the change. However for €15 outside it’s not a big deal breaker, and i would highly recommend booking in advance if youre travelling by car as the city parking can be upwards of €32+ at time of posting. I would say 2 night minimum stay is a must! The architecture is also gorgeous. I will definitely return, and I’d recommend 2-4nights here. Absolutely a 5 star hotel.

Very comfortable and well-run hotel, at the corner of the seaside of Šibenik, 5' walk from the Basilica. This is my favorite hotel in town: spacious rooms, comfy beds, very friendly staff, a great breakfast experience (à la carte), and location is awesome.

The staff were extremely welcoming helpful and happy. The hotel was clean modern and ideal for our purposes. Our room was in a small annexe a few steps behind the main building. It was beautiful.

Maybe the road at the front spoilt the evening restaurant vibe a little.

Stylish hotel in a great location for the old town and Banj beach. We were very well looked after. The staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was really good and available until midday

Excellent hotel. All staff in restaurant & reception were super helpful. The three ladies in reception went above and beyond on numerous occasions even booking our ferry boat tickets to islands. Thank you.

Bar and restaurant staff could have been more friendly and attentive. They could learn a thing or two from the check in staff.

Great upmarket hotel. Everything very modern yet respecting and reflecting the very old building in which the hotel is housed. Room very comfortable. Service impeccable. Mostly young and very well trained staff who are totally professional while making you very welcome. Fabulous breakfast. Great location on sea front and parking available.

Hotel is very good.

Hotel has 2 restaurants. BUTA restaurant had poor service, tired waiter, wet chairs, we asked for drink menu. Didn’t get it. Second restaurant is ok. Unfortunately one person can destroy a work of team.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and served to the table with a good menu choice.

Evening meals at the hotel were quite pricey so we ate elsewhere. We didn't like the fact a room was being re-furbished below us and the builders turned up at 8am on a Sunday morning crashing and banging about downstairs. Quite a strong smell of cigarette smoke and as non-smokers was quite off-putting particularly at breakfast when the doors were opened.
