My company's stay at this VRBO was successful due to the host being so accommodating. We arrived to the place in perfect condition - very clean. The spaces were even better than the listing - very spacious and plenty of seating for our large team. If in Lake Geneva again, we would absolutely stay at this property again.

This place was great for our group of 20. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved all the included amenities and activities on site. We had one small issue come up and the host went above and beyond to make everything right and then some.

These were mostly 17-18 year old teenagers with some parents. Still- the kids loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. They played Xbox stayed up too late, and made memories. Mike did everything possible to make our stay great. He wanted us to have a great time. Kids would have liked the music a little louder at times but we were trying to be respectable to some sensitive neighbors. The place has everything (except a pen 😂). Don’t bring phone chargers. They’re everywhere. Housewarming gifts were a nice touch. It really was perfect for us and had lots of room.

We rented the property with 5 adults and 10 kids. It was impeccably clean and the layout of the house was perfect where we had so much room and didn’t feel on top of each other. Communication with the owner was great and there was not one thing that we could complain about. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and very well furnished. Pool and simulator were a blast. Host left a surprise treat of s’mores and cookie cake, the kids loved this. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy a large family get together.

Over the top rental home! This is a great property with lots of attention to small details like multiple charging cords for electronic devices placed around the home to multiple tables for eating, working puzzles or playing games. It was the right mix of fun and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in the door. It is convenient to area attractions, restaurants and shopping. I can't say enough great things about this home. We would definitely stay here again!

The home’s visual impressiveness matches that of Mike’s attentiveness as a host. Not a single detail was missed. This home was the perfect getaway for our girls weekend and we’re greatly looking forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! Mike is wonderful and super responsive. We had three families and kids ranging from 2 to 7 and they all loved it. There were so many activities, we all kept commenting on how much there was to do without having to leave the property. We also love to cook and the kitchen was great! Overall, we highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

We really liked the house! Lots of activities for people with different interests and for kids of all ages. It was very clean, the house had everything you may need, Mike was always in touch with us, he is very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the stay si I definitely recommend it.

Amazing home! Each room was uniquely decorated and lovely. There was something for everyone…foosball, pinball, bounce house, ping pong, and an amazing pool house with golf simulator. We spent most of our time in there where the kids (ages2-9) LOVED the kid aquarium. We were able to play video games and watch movies and football on the big screen. It was a blast. Mike is an amazing host. Responded quickly to every question! Thanks again, Mike!

The property was somehow even better than advertised. Truly an incredible place with everything our group could have hoped for. The owner is very responsive and was always available to answer any question or concern (during the booking process, in the months/weeks/days leading up to our stay, and during the stay itself). Highly recommend!

The house was great, very clean and everything was well kept.Everything you would want is there a pool,Hot Tub,and a Ping Pong table.The rooms are large and the house is very spacious.Also a large kitchen and outside grill that made it easy to cook for a large group.

Mike was a dream to coordinate with and so responsive to any questions. Everyone was comfortable, had several games to play, pool to swim in, and the pontoon boat was a blast. This was off the charts perfect for a large family reunion. Would return in a heartbeat.

We met here for a family reunion from across all four US time zones. Age range from 88 years old to 7 weeks old. This house was perfect. Something for everyone. Even a completely rainy day did not stop young and old from wonderfully fun activities and great family time. There were many bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen, games galore, comfortable furniture, and plenty of space for eating big family meals together. Mike, our host, was very responsive and generous. This unique stay has great big features like the golf simulator, kidquarium, fire pit swings, etc, but also so many small amenities that mean so much, phone chargers, coasters, labeled bins of necessities, extra ping pong balls, coffee, zip lock bags, kids books and puzzles, and the list goes on. Absolutely no hesitation on the 5 star rating.

We had a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect. Our guests ranged from young kids to grandparents and everyone enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend this spot!

This property is everything that is advertised. We had our entire family from our 83 yo parents clear down to there infant great grandchildren on this vacation and there were things for everybody to do just using the amenities offered with this property. We used the pontoon boat and tubed for two days, using two tanks of gas and having a blast. We needed to communicate with the owner, and that was easy with the VRBO texting feature and even called and talked to him in person for one concern that he helped us with immediately and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend this property. It is a little pricey, but we will never find a better property than this, I am sure. If you consider the 6-7 hours we spent on the pontoon boat, when we had time, it really brings down the price compared to renting one. If you are looking to visit the Lake Geneva area, this is a great place to stay.

Our family group of 19 ranged from age 2 - 73. The layout of the house allowed for the early risers to stay away from those who wanted to sleep in, and for the adults to converse, watch movies and play cards in the evenings after the kids went to bed. During the day, there were lots of activities in the home, yard or detached garage for people of all ages to do as well. We added on the boat/pontoon rental with the home and that was also a great experience for our group! Lake Mary has a lovely sand bar and also restaurants that can be accessed from the water. Mike was wonderful to communicate with prior, during and after our departure! The information provided in email responses and also pre-populated guides associated with the rental had every guideline and detail you can think of! He even put together a welcome slideshow with pictures I sent him when he found out our trip was to celebrate my Mother's 73rd birthday! Hands down our family would stay here again! Not only was the house great, but the town is adorable and has all the amenities you would need.

House is just as depicted: clean, nicely decorated. Very fun pool and golf simulator. Beds very comfortable.

This prosperity was absolutely fabulous! The location, the big rooms, the amenities; everything was beautiful. But one of the thing that stuck out the most was the way they thought of the little things. Towels prepared at the end of each bed. Tissue by the bed side, Chargers for any type of phone, and the QRCode access to answer any possible question. The house was amazing. The pool and Golf area was a crown pleaser. The 10 person dining table allowed for a great family style meal. The beds were comfortable. The fire bit was amazing with the swings and the size. This home had everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and will be sure to recommend to others. Mike was incredible with communication and made us feel welcome with the hand written note and candies left at our arrival. The easy access by code was fabulous too. No worry on having to coordinate arrival times. Ten out of ten for this home. 😃

What an amazing stay! The house is magnificent. Our extended family had a great time reuniting and enjoying the place. There were plenty of bedrooms and community areas for us to spread out. We were hoping to enjoy the Lake Geneva area while we were here but poor weather played in our favor. We found that we didn’t need to leave at all and still had an amazing time. The heated pool was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. And the movie theater screen allowed the adults some time with the kids quite. The guys really enjoyed the golf simulator as well while the ladies hit up the hot tub. The house itself is beautifully decorated and was so clean! The kitchen is well stocked. There were also toiletries provided in all bathrooms including an abundance of shower soaps. There were cheaper options for us to book but so much is included in this house that it was well worth every penny! We are fully planning to come again over the summer with my husband’s side of the family so we can enjoy the boat as well. Mike was great to communicate with. He has thought of everything! “

We were three families spending a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. The house had anything we could have wanted, was clean, and an incredibly responsive manager. We plan on being back.

I don't know where to start . . . This place was just amazing! Our family and extended family spent our Thanksgiving holiday here this year, ages 9-92! Every age group loved it more than the next! The house was lovely, just as pictured! And, fully stocked - with games, dishes, pots, pans coffee, tea all the comforts of home . . . and more charging cables than Microcenter! Also, it would have been suitable and accomodating for ages 0-100+!! The owner was extremely responsive and answered inquiries super fast! We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this place is up there with the best of the best! The hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, specially decorated bedrooms, ping pong, bounce house and X-Box put this place in a special category of VRBO properties. Maybe more expensive than other properties, but worth it!

We loved our stay at this rental! Originally we tried to find a place in the Chicago area to visit family and friends, but ended up stumbling upon this rental and the pictures looked perfect for my family and my sister’s family to gather for a week long vacation. Between the 2 families, we had 10 kids under the age of 6 staying with us and we found the house to be well equipped to entertain everyone, adults and kids, as well as plenty of beds and space! Mike was an amazing host. He was available to help us and quick to respond and extremely hospitable. The pictures were very accurate and the home just felt new and clean and was very comfortable! My only negative was that the bottom of the property is on a major street, so we were a little nervous letting little kids running wild through the yard and had to have adults stand between the road and the kids to make sure a ball didn’t end up on the street. The play structure was great and my kids were so grateful for a place to get their energy out! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again if vacation time the area again! Some places we enjoyed exploring near the house were downtown Lake Geneva (15 min away), Stade Farm (15 min - highly recommend for kids!), and Volo Auto Museum (30 min).

Mike was always quick to respond to our messages. Plenty of bedrooms & space to spread out! Amenities were great, having the use of the pontoon was definitely a bonus for our family! Kitchen was well stocked, even had a great variety of spices, coffee & teas. Also nice that we didn’t have to go buy paper towels, hand & dish soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. A large variety of games were also available. There’s also a pinball machine, ping pong & foosball tables. The seating around the fire pit was great too! Nice hot tub, although we didn’t use it very much, the first night the temperature was too cool. The quad bicycle is really neat, but we didn’t take it out a lot, as we felt traffic was pretty busy to cross. The 10:00 A.M. check out time was pretty early for us, but we managed to do it! Check in is at 5:00 P.M., but the house was ready and we were able to check in by 4:00 P.M. which really helped us out. Overall we had a great time!
