The view was amazing and the room had everything we needed to feel like we were at home.
The only thing that we didn't care for was that you could hear the people in the room above us walking loudly. They had little ones that were running around and the was very noisy.

The location, right next to Lake Hamilton. It was great. A Walmart was close by. Also a plaza was right across the street.
We faced issues here. If spiders of various shape and size are not your problem, you should be fine here. Unfortunately, both me and my wife are afraid of spiders and it was really an ordeal every time we had to get to the room from the parking area and vice versa. Next issue - the location. If Hamilton Lake is your destination then this is an awesome place to stay. You can enjoy the private entrance to Lake Hamilton. If Hot Springs national park is your destination, don't stay here. To get to the national park you have to get to the other side of the highway and that is a big deal. It is because the cross-traffic never stops. You either have to start very early or late in the day to go to the national park or go towards Walmart first in the opposite direction from the national park and use the traffic signal next to the Walmart to get to the other side of the road and come back.

There wasn't a freezer in the room, just a refrigerator, but they did have an ice maker on site.

I liked everything about our stay from the private balcony, the beautiful lake, the comfy bed, the clean room, to the helpful polite host!! I would highly recommend this for a couple's getaway!!
The only thing I did not like was that my stay wasn't long enough!!!
The only thing i would have changed, I would have liked real "glass" drinking glasses. I don't like the plastic glasses.

My husband had problem with mattress. Floor covering had bubbles in it and my husband kept tripping over it. Baby lizard in shower.

Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. We had a private balcony and spent a lot of time outside watching all the boats go by. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived, there was a little canister of miniature candy bars and a basket of yummy snacks. We loved our stay here, and we will definitely be back!

pillows are uncomfortable and the beds curve in edges downward; door lock had a lot of play in it -prefer a more solid seal with door and locking system

We were able to accommodate our large family. More than enough rooms and beds. Location on the lake is absolutely amazing and close to restaurants and stores. Love the boat dock and sitting area outside.

The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect- not in the middle of everything but close enough to everything. The view was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean. I had no issues staying at this property.

Beautiful lakeside location; easy to access; comfortable space. Really nice, modern rooms!
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, but they were full so they couldn't move us to another room. The front building is also right off a busy road, so the road noise made it difficult for me to sleep even with white noise.

Location is great and easy to get to, it was very quiet in the room and very spacious and smelled very clean.
We did enjoy little goodies left for next morning snack and skipped going to cafe instead we had our private breakfast right on the patio outside with great views. We will be back!!!
