Great house! Nice layout, comfy beds, great location! Beautiful sunrises over the marsh! We really enjoyed our stay!

What a perfectly beautiful home with glorious views of the marsh! So much room to spread out… impeccably clean and well decorated! Beds were super comfy with high end sheets! We will most definitely stay here again!

The house was just like the pictures showed. Comfortable beds and relaxing views with only a short walk to beach access.

Perfect time of year to visit. Wonderful home. Our four kiddos also enjoyed the home and loved the outdoor shower and hammock. We loved enjoying the sunrise every morning from bed! All bedrooms have wonderful views with door to balconies. Also go to beach access 35 for wonderful sunsets. Well stocked kitchen in regards to dishes, pots, pans, utensils and so on. Will need to bring or purchase at the food lion spices and such. Traffic can be loud from down stairs bedroom, fyi.

The home and views were amazing! We loved our short walk or bike and golf cart rides to the beach. The marsh view and sunrises over the marsh are stunning! The home is bright, comfortable, and was perfect for our family.

Just Us is a perfect home in Edisto. The views are amazing and the owners have thought of every detail. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has every thing you need. We walked to the beach and enjoyed searching for shells and shark teeth. We had delicious seafood at the restaurants and fresh blueberry scones and cinnamon buns at the coffee shop. We highly recommend this house and will rent again.

We loved staying for Christmas at Just Us. Very comfortable seating, comfortable beds and plenty of room throughout this house. We saw beautiful birds in the marsh. We had a short walk down Lybrand to the beach. The seafood was delicious at Waterfront, Roxbury Merchantile and Edingsville Grocery. Our family enjoyed Christmas on Edisto this year. We went to the state park and loved the walk and search for shark teeth. We highly recommend this house and Edisto Beach.

This lovely house is well-appointed and has everything you need, but do bring a blanket in cold weather months. The marsh view is prime! We rate JUST US a 10 PLUS!

The house was great and the morning view of the sunrising was beautiful as she arose over the Marsh. The only issue we had was the Google Nest Thermostat (lowering to 65 in the middle of the night). We would rent again though!

My wife and I hadn't been out of town much since Mar 2020, so we had high hopes for this trip to Edisto. We couldn't have chosen a better property to rent! It was beautiful, spacious, and better yet, right on the marsh. We had an amazing time sitting on the back decks, watching the birds, and soaking up some outdoor time. The home was amazing, and we will definitely be back sometime later!

This house was a great location for us. Quick ride by golf cart or car to the beach access. Enjoyed being on the marsh side at night to enjoy the sunset and wildlife. House was the perfect size for our family of 6. Unlike so many other Edisto rentals this house provided linens which was a huge plus for us.

We have been visiting Edisto for years but this was the first time using Atwood Realty and first time staying at Just Us. We loved the house! The views were outstanding. Really outstanding. The house is in a great location. It's on a busy street but once inside and using the back porch you really aren't bothered by street noise at all. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The only negative comment would be flushing the toilets. I don't know if this is an island water pressure issue, or if the toilets need to be replaced with newer flushing technology. In spite of that we were very satisfied and would definitely rent this house again.

My family and I loved the beach and the house. The house was in a convenient location and fit our family well. There were 8 of us staying there, 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed watching the egrets hang out in the marsh, the sun slipping into the night sky and the bike rides. We will definitely visit again and consider this house for our next beach trip. Only complaint we had were the uncomfortable pillows on the bed. The beds were great but the pillows were not.

The hang out space underneath the house was just right for a low country boil with a few friends. I would have preferred the house to be cleaner.
