We had such an amazing time. Already planning to come back next year! This house was absolutely perfect.

The only negative was the “processing fee” which was greater than the rent due. Not afraid to pay what the full asking price is, just wont use Vacasa again due to the shade.

The cottage is old and tired but the location is the best.

Relaxed, cozy, clean, had everything we needed. Great access to all the things, too.

We came for a few days following a big family wedding. The perfect way to unwind with children and grandchildren.

Everything was wonderful!

Ocean front-very close to waters edge. Great porch with large overhang for shade. Well stocked kitchen. The four bedrooms-two on each side of the house with a bathroom separating each pair of rooms.

Fabulous location! House was roomy and comfortable. The only thing lacking was the area underneath. Would’ve like more grilling area and decking.

The set-up in the bedrooms of this house were perfect for our family. We needed at least three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a fourth with only one bed needed. This house was perfect for us. The location was great and the grandkids had a blast being right on the beach. We especially loved the common area. It was large, well planned and enough space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was one of the better equipped we have stayed in over the years and having a large pantry for grocery items is a true blessing! Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

This place has breathtaking views, it was gorgeous to sit out on the porch and watch the sunrise/sunset over the ocean. The beach was in great condition and the kids loved searching for jellyfish and crabs. The house is a little outdated, and was dirty in quite a few places, especially around heaters, windows, and such. The house also is a little warped from the years of sitting on posts, which was noticeable when walking around. A good deep cleaning and some paint, along with the replacements of aging light fixtures would breathe life back into this place! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach cottage...great set up. There is a Keurig machine! Very well set up for a large crowd...the rocking chairs sold me of this beach house.

First time in Edisto Island and it was wonderful. Sea Plus was a great fit for our little family—both for convenience and ocean view. The back deck was our favorite part. We will definitely be back.

My sisters and I had the best time here! The view couldn't be any better and the location was great. The house was perfect for our needs!

Great house situated right on the beach, made our life so easy with three little ones. We were able to walk right out on the beach each morning, have coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins and shrimp boats. Very pleased with the house and accomodations.

The house could have been cleaner (a TON of sand under all the rugs upon arrival), we encountered a number of bugs even though we sprayed upon arrival, the bathroom fixtures need attention, and the eyes on the stove seemed to either be HOT or off. We required maintenance while we were there. It was handled quickly and efficiently, although the maintenance worker did not wear a mask while he was there.
