This was a really nice, well-kept property. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were great and accessible. They had several things that we really appreciated that you do not always get with a rental home, including a nice blender, toaster, dishes, multiple televisions, and great large towels to name a few. The furniture was extremely comfortable. There were also a few household items that they stocked and were very handy. Overall, we had a great experience here and will come back.

My family and I had such a lovely stay here in 2022 that we decided to return! The property was in excellent condition, even more beautiful with pool area renovations since our last stay. The house remains very well appointed with plenty of space for a family with two young kids, along with grandparents. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Kirk is an exceptional host—he truly made our return feel special. Thank you for the family memories and hope to be back next year!!

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was a nice benefit. Great location as well. My only suggestion would be more comfortable pillows on the bed.

This house is beautiful and WELL equipped (if you Frequently rent homes when traveling , you will truly appreciate this place and you will be back!) with everything you need! This property and its management exceeded our expectations! We stayed here with two young children and 4 adults. The house was perfectly clean and well appointed (even including a pack-n-play and other toys). The pool was beautiful, and we spent most of our days soaking in the sunshine in the enclosed pool area. Kirk was an exceptional host—communication, availability, and flexibility was outstanding. We could tell a lot of love goes into maintaining this property. We will definitely return! Thanks for the memories!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We had adults and kids and everything we needed was provided. Pool toys, beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella's, even bikes. The pool was wonderful and warm. We loved the 2 living room/family rooms which gave us an opportunity to have kids socialize and adults socialize separately. The location was awesome, as it was easy to get to grocery stores and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will be back!!

We were very pleased with this home and it was "as described", "A Modern Beach Retreat". The pool, hot tub, and patio are A+++. The directions to check in were easy, the home was clean and tidy, and the amenities were a nice surprise. There were lots of towels, fans for those of us who sleep hot, everything we needed for beach days including sunscreen, cooking aids including some non-perishables that we were able to utilize and didn't have to purchase for a weekend stay. There were Pool Toys, Extra Bedding and the Washer + Dryer definitely came in handy as we swam a lot. The home's location was easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located so that with a car we were able to see the area -- Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and down to Naples. We enjoyed visiting the area and you can't beat the silky sand at Fort Myers, the shelling on Sanibel Island, and the pretty blue water at the beaches closer to Naples. We would highly recommend this home and our favorite vacation day was spending it at the house, swimming and enjoying each other's company. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing with us!

I can’t describe in this small place everything that was great about this place. Stayed in many different vacation rentals before and this one has been the best. It was everything we needed and more. We will be back.
