fabulous home!! Well equiped very clean. Great location, private and quiet.

We loved this place minus one huge detail - there ARE NOT 2 QUEEN BEDS in one of the rooms. If you need 2 queen beds, you will need to blow up an air mattress and put it in the king bedroom (there is no room for it in the bedroom with 1 queen bed). So if you are prepared for that huge detail, this place is great. Amazing view from the deck (we loved sitting out there), clean, relatively newly remodeled. The two upstairs rooms have strange "windows" into the living room below, which makes it very easy to hear the TV if you are upstairs trying to sleep. We would likely not stay here again given these two details. For a smaller family, this place could be really nice. NEVER RELY ON EVOLVE - the customer service rep actually hung up on me when I was trying to resolve the situation with the lack of 2 queen beds in one bedroom. Awful experience. Overall decent place minus one of us being on a so-so queen mattress in an unexpected room.

We had a lovely time at this property. We particularly enjoyed the view, the cozy living room, and the abundant birds chirping away all around us in the trees.

The house was even better in real life! The views were stunning and the accommodations were in great shape. Our party of 5 had plenty of space and many seating options. The house was beautifully decorated with comfortable, high-quality furniture and linens, and it was very well-stocked. I fully plan on returning to this perfect home. Thank you!

The cottage is tastefully appointed and exceptionally clean. We were felt like we were in an own home. Cozy, inviting and the back deck views are spectacular!

This was a great rental for our girls weekend! The decor is fantastic and the space is great! We really enjoyed our stay. The road leading up is curvy but the house was easy to find.

The Pedlars Place was perfect. All the amenities of a home away from home. Beds were comfortable, couches too! Breakfast with a fabulous view...stars for miles and miles every night...just an amazing place to stay!

Beautiful Fully Renovated Mountain Home! Very clean and cozy yet plenty big for a family of 2-5. Had Everything to Enjoy a Great Escape, Peace, and Quiet. Gorgeous view of the valley and mountains below from a perch of approximately 3100 feet. Only added feature that would be nice - screens on all of the windows to allow the clean, refreshing air to fill the rooms. Most highly recommend this great place.

The property was just as expected. The house was beautiful and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. I had to call the property manager to figure out how to get in, but they answered on the first ring and walked me right through it. I would love to come back again!

What a delightful get-a-way from the hustle and bustle of work and college for our family of 3. The sights and sounds of the weekend were so refreshing and peaceful. We spotted three owls enjoying the back lot, listened to a variety of birds, and felt the refreshing mountain breeze. We visited Charlottesville, several wineries and did lots of hiking! So many scenic views along the way and the Crabtree Falls are a must do!!

This home is clean and close to a market and activities. Management is quick to respond with any issues.

The property manager was very helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain home. The decor is lovely, and the views are wonderful!

We really enjoyed the location. Check in/out process was easy. Had a maintenance issue but it was resolved quickly by management company. The property was not as clean as we would have liked (floors, rugs). Only other issue was there were no window coverings which was great for enjoying the view but not so great for napping children or sleeping in.

Excellent home; stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The local property manager was very responsive to our concerns. Would very much like to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only negative experience was the sheer number of ladybugs, which swarmed together on the ceiling and in corners, etc., and really freaked us out. Once we realized they were harmless ladybugs, we were calmer but I recommend a good pest control service!

House had everything we needed and the some. We enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to be visited by a deer and two black bears!! Owner Tim (aka Sgt Schultz) was very nice and answered my question promptly! Hope to stay again sometime!
